I Was a customer for 12 years. I Switched to PROGRESSIVE when i moved and got a cheaper rate. When i made the switch allstate made an error and cancelled my policy a week too early. A month later i learned that my registration had been suspended due to a lapse in insurance for that week (their mistake) for the last month customer service has been giving me the run around and not fixing their mistake. Meanwhile, I have no registration. Its crazy that i have to get a lawyer for something so petty and easily resolvable, if they would just take accountability. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Staff sucks at this location as well. Can’t remember the ladies name. But she always has an attitude when i call

I will never do business here again canceled my policy never told me they canceled after I made a payment and was told by Jackie that everything was fine and my insurance was good

Very Disappointed.I have been a client in good standing with Kevin for over six years. When I had a flood at a rental property, he really let me down. Allstate refused to pay me $14,000+ in lost rental income after a flood left my rental property unrentable during repairs. When I pushed back, Kevin was of no help and never even called me to discuss. He just left me to the national claims team, and they found a clause on page 68 of the policy that had obscure language. Since I was “between renters” getting the carpet replaced and wall repainted they would not pay me lost rent. They alluded to me getting a lawyer if I disagree with them.Kevin and his team were of no help every after repeated requests for help. Allstate covered the damages but not the lost rent. Which… was 100% part of the policy. Sure, enough Allstate found a loophole and in my opinion Kevin and his team facilitated the bad experience.

Very disappointed about a minor request to provide a credit on my mother's policy for a returned check penalty of $25. My mother has never had a problem and has paid her policy prontly. But during this hard and challenging period of the pandemic, it's difficult for my mother to go to the bank as she did before. I asked if your agency could provide a credit and was denied in a very disrespectful and nasty manner. Shame on you!We are seeking alternative insurance companies.

I posted a 1 Star because the costumer service is horrible for Spanish speakers. Lorena (the Spanish speaking line) was very rude when addressing some problems with the policy. I was explaining that the road side assistance was not any help. She claimed that if I ordered a towing truck that Allstate would cover the expenses ($300). They never covered this. I decided to cancel this part of my policy, but she wanted me to call another number when she is the one who has to handle these situations. At the end, she ended the call abruptly in the middle of my sentence. I decided to call again and address this to the manager Sandi who was very helpful, but she said that “Lorena is very truthful with what she says.” Just because someone is “truthful” with what they say, never means that it gives them the right to be disrespectful to costumers. Please be aware of the costumer service in this place and that some of the things they say that will be covered, might actually not be covered.
