This is a great resource for Montgomery county, and provides much needed aquatic programs for residents.

One of the best kid trainers you can find, very friendly and courteous. All front desk staff were very helpful and down. Highly recommend them.

They need to enforce people taking showers and no shoes people are going in without showering

Terrific pool and an even better value. $550 for an annual family membership can't be beat. I particularly enjoy swimming in the deep lanes, but appreciate that there are shallower lanes, too, as well as deep water running lanes, aquatics classes and lessons, a nice weight room--something for everyone. And the staff are always friendly and helpful.

This pool and all of Montgomery County Rec Pools are great well maintained pools to use, and are staffed by well trained professionals. Don’t let a negative review influence your decision to explore and enjoy these aquatic facilities. If you follow the advice from the negative reviews without checking out the pool for yourself then it’s your loss. I’ve using these pools throughout the county for over 30 yrs., so I think I know more than the few sniveling reviews made by some who actually always have to complain because it’s just who they are - grumpy hard to please complainers.

It’s probably the best public pool in Montgomery county. Two massive lap pools with a diving well, splash pool, several hot tubs, saunas, and other amenities. Knocking a star off because it’s often crowded between youth swim team and other adults. Also definitely starting to show its age, but that should be addressed with upcoming refurbishments.

Not worth it. I paid more than 500$ for family pass to find out that We could only go to swim with our small kids at limited several hours per week. It's ridiculous. Never again. :(

I'm a big fan. They have fantastic aqua cardio and other aqua classes. They have a little gym. Best of all, they have a sauna. If you work for Montgomery County, you can go here for free. The parking lot is big. There's a little play area and tables outside. The only drawback, make sure they are not closed for special events like swim meets.

It is clean, it is new, my daughter receives swimming classes for 30 minutes, once a week for a cost of $65, you have to be aware of the registrations in Montgomery County because it starts at 6:30 pm every 3 months and they sell out fast. I really like the place and around.

Too busy, lanes nearly always being taken up by schools or classes. Basically no lanes available for people to free swim most of the time besides early in the morning. The schedule is also extremely confusing.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to take the adult swimming class. Their teaching outline has problem. Most of my classmates stopped going to the class at the end.

Very limited hours for lap lanes and recreational swimming. Very expensive for a public pool ($7 for residents). Front desk staff was nice and it is clean. But otherwise not worth it.

Nice pool with a ton of lanes. Only one gender neutral change room though made for a long wait after getting out.

I usually come this location had no problem. Until today 4/21/2022 around 5:45pm. The lady at the front desk, she was very rude. I don't think no customer should be treated like I was treated by her. What makes this saturation worst was calling me " Names" in front of my kids and other customers. She needs to learn how to work in this environment. Been new to the job or the country is one thing but been who you're is another thing. I was disappoint and disrespected pretty much. I am very unhappy. I wish I could give no star for what I was served.?

I was looking for my son who was taking a training here, I had just arrived at the facilities and opened the door to the room where the training was to see if he was there. The manager at the time came rushing in a very very loud voice and told me that I couldn’t go in the room because people had their things there and things get stolen. I apologized and told him I was just looking for my son. I understand that those things happen but I felt really really embarrassed, and it was really unnecessary for him to talk to me in that voice and that way. I felt really bad about it, because there where lots of people in the lobby including other parents.I would suggest to this person who is a young guy to be more respectful and careful on how he talk to people. I don’t know what kind of people he is used to deal with at this place (it’s the first time my son is taking lessons here) but it was very embarrassing and uncomfortable for me to have someone talk to me that way.A manager should know how to addressed people especially if the customer is paying to receive certain classes at the location.Respect, others so that people would respect you back. I didn’t answer but I should have.
