We have been taking our cat to Kenhaven Animal Hospital for more than 3 years. Doctor Manzoor and his staff is so professional and friendly. I highly recommend using their services. We are very happy with their customer service.

Kenhaven is the best. No matter what we take Luca in for, everyone is kind and careful - from reception to each doctor we’ve seen.

We like this place to board our cat during vacations. The staff is friendly and works well with the cats. There are occasionally long waits if the staff is occupied.

We can't say enough good things about the staff at Kenhaven! They make us feel like our pets are their favorites! They respond quickly when we have questions about medications, etc. If we are going out of town, we can board our pets there at a reasonable cost. Dr. Katzen, who works only on Thursdays, is competent and professional. The other vet is less so. He doesn't seem to really like pets.

I love this place. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and wonderful. My pets are actually excited to go inside when we pull up to the office and park (not my cat, but you can’t win them all). I have experienced the range of services they offer and have been beyond satisfied with everything—veterinary, boarding, and grooming. The prices are fair and I never feel like any of the staff are “upselling” me on services. I can’t say enough good things about the practice. Love them!

I have had fantastic experiences at this veterinary clinic. The staff is incredibly nice, and they take exceptional care of my Yorkie, who has severe allergies. Their expertise and compassion have made a real difference in my pet’s well-being. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-notch care for their furry family members.

Extremely pricing for kitten examination and vaccines. It cost $95 above for per vaccines (3 shots required by kitten) and I spent $200 for the first visit without any vaccine in.Recommend petswell in North Bethesda with $199 for kitten package with 3 vaccines and fecal test and other mandatory testings. Also the vet was about to give my kitten the first vaccine without looking into his record (which he already had his 1st vaccine) and I reminded him about that.

I’ve brought my new kitten (4 months old) here three times, once for a checkup, another for a shot/pill, and a third time for another pill. The first two times were fantastic, hence 2 stars instead of 1. The staff were patient, kind and helpful; this is partly why I am SO disappointed by the service we received this past weekend. They took my cat back to give her a pill, but didn’t let me go back with her… red flag #1, but I figured it was fine because they’re professionals and said it would be quick. 20 minutes later, the nurse came out with her and called my cat “the cat from hell,” said she was “terrible,” biting, pooping, peeing, climbing, trying to escape, and that in the future she needs to be sedated. Keep in mind all of this was said in a packed waiting room in front of other families who were waiting. This shocked me because my kitten is usually well behaved at home. Then, as I was leaving, the nurse said to someone else, “Thanks for waiting, we were dealing with that awful cat.” I found this interaction to be completely lacking in compassion and professionalism. They clearly care more about efficiency/bottom line than about my cat, who was obviously terrified and traumatized by the experience of being in a room of strangers (without me, the only human she knows) who were literally trying to shove a pill down her throat. If I was allowed to be in the room with her, she would have been much calmer. I understand that she can be unruly; she is 4 MONTHS old… but shouldn’t they be equipped to handle this, and not take their frustrations out on the cat and their owner? I’m extremely disappointed and now have to find another vet. Please train your staff to be more compassionate with young animals and to watch their language.
