NTB had informed me that my oil drain plug was the incorrect size and could not perform the oil change because they weren't sure if the threads were damaged. I took my car to Karnon Automotive and the mechanic had the correct size drain plug. Thankfully, the threads weren't damaged and I was able to get my oil and filter changed without having to buy a new oil pan. I would highly recommend Karnon Automotive for their honesty and quick service.

They charged me too much just to change a light in the back of my car. It did not even take him 2 mins to fix it but decided to charge me too much. I would not recommend.Service: Vehicle Inspection
