After been a State Farm costumer for over 40 years +. I moved out of the DMV are for couple of years. I moved back to the area and choose to work with the Jessica Cortes team, I originally spoke with Tiffany Reed and transfer my policy on June 14, I told her to use the prorated amount for the payment of the policy from the other state, and charge my credit card for the full amount without my consent. I encountered dealing with this people was the worst mistake I made, my experience with them left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The lack of experience, the unprofessional and incompetent personnel… I was given a choice to contact
headquarters to make a legal complaint so it is noted in their records. I decide to go with another insurance company, got a better rate and a superior service all around. The Jessica Cortes team deserve a 0 star.

I had a wonderful experience with this office . There are other agents out there, I evaluated a couple from State Faem and in the end purchased appropriate policies with Jessica’s office. Angie at the office was very helpful and respectful. I also had a meeting with Jessica. She was very warm and friendly, and a good listener, suggested insurance that met our unique needs. I also want to add that this State Farm came highly recommended from someone else. I have to agree. When you select an agent, you want someone who’s dependable and pay attention to details. Basically, professional enough to handle issues but friendly that makes you feel welcome. I definitely recommend this office.

The worst insurance place,,, I got a fake with them and two months later they told me that it had been canceled and they did not notify me
Now they tell me that they fined me for not paying my insurance but they put my card on automatic so they could take the payments and they didn't do their job properly
I definitely do not recommend this place and they never answer calls, they are really not professional.

I have been a client of State Farm since I was 16 and across multiple states. While I have consistently had good experiences across offices and with different agents, a recent transfer to the office of Jessica Cortes has had me working with Tiffany Reid. Tiffany's attention to detail and patience has been amazing. I was coordinating the consolidation of multiple vehicle policies, needing to check on/make adjustments to a home policy, and line up additional life insurance coverage. She has been extremely communicative with lots of information being exchanged via email, but reaching out by phone when something was more time sensitive, and has been marvelous about working through my options with me to help our household make the best choices. Tiffany is demonstrating the worth of having a dedicated agent and has simplified some challenging situations; her work is so appreciated!

Jessica Cortes with State Farm is an amazing agent. When I opened my store in Rockville a year ago, I hired her. She was easy to work with; moreover, the customer service was excellent. My husband who is insurance skeptical, referred me to Jessica after meeting her at a home show; for help securing a new homeowners policy. I had already made inquiries with 2 other reputable companies, but the very first phone call with Jessica, I felt like I was talking to an old friend that I knew for years. Jessica walked me through everything answering every question and spent the time I needed to gather my information. She was Considerate and patient with me as I was actually working remotely and had a couple of interruptions during our call . Her consideration of our needs and her candor insured me that we landed in the right place, with the right agent and the right insurance product. She thought ahead and had everything in order, just awaiting my go ahead. I am extremely impressed and more so comfortable with the exchange and plan to recommend her services to our friends and family.
Thank you Jessica, exemplary customer service, which is unfortunately a lost art these days, you restored my hope.
