I was extremely shocked by how rude the person who answers their phone was. She seemed offended when I asked if she was an operator, yet couldn't answer questions about their services. She was extremely snappy and unpleasant. Unfortunate.

Jacques Financial has won numerous national awards. The earned and deserve all of them! I have been working with Jacques Financial for about ten years. Before that I worked with a number of different tax services. Jacques is easily the best. Any time I have a tax question, I send an email and get a prompt and detailed response. Their analysis of my tax paperwork is very thorough. They often have questions. I'm grateful for their attention to detail. Our son just finished college recently and began his first full-time job. I've encouraged him to have Jacques Financial prepare his tax returns.

Not a good experience on a number of fronts, and this year's tax submission is the straw that broke the camel's back.The provider had our information for over 6 months. Asked some questions in May. Delayed getting the draft returns to us (despite repeated reminders) until days before the deadline. It became apparent that our information was completely misunderstood (and notes in the questionnaire they sent and in info provided in response to interim questions not correctly understood or factored it). On the basis of the misunderstanding, we were told that traditional IRA contributions need to be withdrawn. Communications around this were confusing and conflicting, resulting in stress and having to make then withdraw instructions to the investment firm.Completely non-responsive. Not picking up the phone/replying to emails. One person sending you to another and then to others (who are out of office indefinitely). Rude and dismissive (the returns are done correctly and we suggest you file). Well, the returns were not done correctly and it took hours and days of back and forth and caused completely avoidable stress, to have the returns filed at the 11th hour on the due date.Also non-transparent about fees charged. Jacked up the fees by nearly 30% one year (I did not care as my employer was paying), calculations unclear/early submission promised discount apparently not applied particularly this past year.Avoid, especially if you live overseas and need someone who is reachable and responsive, courteous, and not afraid to ask when they don't understand something (or apologize after making such a mess of someone's taxes).I ended up filing a BBB complaint.

Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Mrs Peggy Abbott has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $8,750 out of $3000 was a whole lot of profit for me.

I switched to Jacques Financial when the (very expensive) top 10 accounting firm I had used for 10 years fired me because they moved to a minimum annual charge that was way higher than what I normally paid. My husband and I love them! They helped us out when we were not getting the tax returns we thought we deserved with our deductions from work and dependents. Turbo Tax stinks! Having a knowledgeable and trusted professional is well worth the money (and time saved)! We have used them for Financial and Estate Planning which is another thing that easily got put on the back-burner year after year until they helped us keep in check! Great tax prep service and financial advisors. Friendly and helpful. Plus they aren’t thrown off by unconventional circumstances. And their schedule fits a working person’s schedule. I always appreciate being able to get appointments without having to take time off work.
