I’ve never been to a shop where the customer service, communication and quality work are all amazing. Nat in the front desk was very helpful and friendly with assisting me. Alex was very communicative, he educated me on what’s being done to my car, and very accommodating. Carlos was able to squeeze me in his tight schedule, and repair the damage. It looked like it was never damaged at all. I didn’t get the guy’s name, but the black gentlemen who pulled my car up…was super nice and positioned my car for an easy exit. Definitely a place I would go to and refer my family/friends here.

I had my 2nd experience with the outstanding professionalism and great work by the great folks at Kenwood. You could take your vehicle somewhere else…. Why would you? Stick with the pros at Kenwood.

The people are great. The work was excellent and timely. The car was as clean as when I bought it. I hope to never have to go back there, but if I ever have such a need, they will be the place I go back to.

Let this serve as a warning to anyone thinking about using Kenwood Auto Body for their repair. I started the repair process with the Rockville location. Got the estimate done and was scheduled to bring my vehicle back 2 weeks later to start the repair. About a week before the repair they called and said they were behind schedule and asked if the repair could be done at their sister shop in Gaithersburg. I would be able to drop off and picked up the car from the Rockville shop and they would handle towing between the shops. This sounded reasonable so I accepted.
As advertised, I was able to drop the car off in Rockville. However, the Gaithersburg location said they were unable to tow the car back to Rockville after the repair was complete and I needed to get to Gaithersburg to pick it. If I only had to do this once I would have been annoyed but moved on with my life. Well now I'm dealing with a poor repair done at the Gaithersburg shop. I can not drop the vehicle off in Rockville and am stuck driving to Gaithersburg at least once more, maybe more.
The rest of my negative experience revolves around the Gaithersburg location. I will be sure to leave my review of Kenwood Auto Body - Gaithersburg after that is completely resolved.
The current warning is - DO NOT let them take your vehicle to one of their sister shops.

Fixxed my Tesla. They are an approved shop. They did a great job and I can't tell the significatnt repair to rear end, charging port was done. Returned car cleaned inside and out. Not shop's fault buyt Tesla parts take a long time to arrive.Service: Body & Trim

Took my 2021 mazda 3 hatch here twice to repair left driver panel door. It was wavy and bumpy the first time. I took it back and it was still wavy, but thought I was maybe overreacting. Took my car to the detailer when I moved today and was embarrassed. He immediately asked if I had been in an accident and that they did a terrible job. They're cutting corners.

First of all they don't take progressive auto insurance. Second they confirmed my estimate appointment knowing I was with progressive so wasted my time coming to them. Now I have to start all over again with another body shop. Thanks
