Excellent service and timely with good communication. I worked with Ozzy through my experience and from the get-go felt like they were doing an amazing job. As full disclosure my case was being managed through insurance, however, irrespective Ozzy and the team were always on top of communication and professionalism. They did an amazing job pre and post. Would recommend!

Had my insurance company recommend this company. The repaired my rear passenger window and the ignition since my vehicle was stolen. I mean all and all they repaired the vehicle. Unfortunately I still had a lot of glass inside my vehicle which surprised me. I also had a scratch from the tow that wasn’t repaired. Even though I saw it circled when I went to drop my keys off. Idk whomever was cleaning my windows left the window cleaning spray in my car that rattled all around the back of my vehicle and when I stopped out of no where came flying back up front.All and all the repair was done. As far as for tlc idk.

Good quality job, done on time, fair price. Hourly labor rate lower than another body shop I recently used. Office staff could be a bit more friendly, but that's not as important to me as other things.

Calbert is the reason why I chose to have my car repaired at Imperial Auto Body. His attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge of cars and body parts are immaculate. The process of contacting the insurance was seamless.After having my car repaired I was very satisfied with the quality of work. The paint was a perfect match, flushed tight fitment following the factory lines. Really could not tell even where my car was hit.To top it off, they did a full interior/exterior wash/wax that had a ceramic coating in it that left the car with the showroom shine.Highly recommend this shop!

I love this place. I live all the way in Alexandria VA but love taking my car here whenever body work is needed. Kevin is the absolute best. I just recently got in a accident and I got my car back. My car looks incredible. I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. They also cleaned it so well. I was ecstatic. Thank you thank you!!!
