We worked with Matt in Rockville Pike Hyundai and checked out the Sante Fe 2023 Calligraphy (the 2.5 engine is powerful) - lots of buttons and very impressive car - Matt was helpful and easy/calm to deal with and the rest of the staff and salespeople seemed willing to help in any way they could...very friendly experience & no pressure. *We did the Costco car buying program which means some savings and no haggling. Sante Fe range 30-45k and in my opinion a great value for these days you get a lot for your money. Fitzgerald was a good experience I recommend them.

I contacted this location about a car I saw online. I put on a credit app on day 1. Discussed numbers. I agreed to come up to Rockville the following day to come check it out and purchase. I get a message 2hrs before my appointment and they say they got someone in the lobby who might buy it before I get there. Why were they showing a car they had a deal worked out for!? Just bas customer service. Apparently the salesman failed to let his team know he had a deal pending on it already according to the manager. The manager tried to tell me he didn't know however the salesman told me on day 2 that he spoke to his manager and agreed to my purchase price. Would NOT recommend to take your business here.

Hyundai told me there was a recall for my car. I made an appointment with Fitzgerald for today and had arranged a ride to and from. This was a long standing appointment and they confirmed with an email just yesterday. I got to the dealership today and the serviceman informed me that they just don't have the parts for this recall. Why didn't they cancel my appointment before I took off from work, arranged drivers and arrived there? At any time they could've saved me the hassle. They informed me that they will put me on a "wait list" and call me when the parts are in. Unusual that they will have my email and phone number for the future visit - but not this visit.

I took my car to Fitzgerald Hyundai for the recall anti-theft program installation earlier this year and was so impressed with the service I took the car back this week for an oil change and tire rotation. It is easy to make appointments online or by phone and checking in is easy with the valets and at the service desk. I waited for the car in their very comfortable customer and it took a reasonable hour and a half. The amount I was charged was less than I had been given. The staff is very pleasant and professional.

I tried setting a service appointment with dealership about 3-4 weeks ago, was told the first available appointment wasn't until December...said thanks, but no thanks. Was then advised there were 2 open recalls on our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, so an appointment was scheduled for 10/24 at 9:30 am - for UNDERBODY CORROSION PREV.SVC(23-01-063H)* 996 -, I was told that the other recall wouldn't be able to be addressed until 5/15/2024. Took the vehicle in today was there at 9:15 am, and was told they didn't have the necessary spray to perform the recall...so, despite having received a reminder notification yesterday, showing up on time, no one from the dealership could be bothered to contact me to tell me this...too bad, so sad for me and my wasted time...ridiculous. My thoughts, they were busy, this was a recall, i.e., no payment from me, so they ditched my appointment. Fitzgerald should be ashamed, this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

So slow to bring cars around. It's like they have one parking space with a million cars blocking your car. Friendly service. Not great about shuttles.

I had the brakes done and the car checked before a road trip. On the way back the ESC light came on and was making the car shake and was causing brake issues. The car is undrivable. The scheduling dept. said the earliest appointment was in one month. To replace a sensor?That's ridiculous! When Mr. Fitzgerald owned the company he would have said to bring it in immediately. The scheduling dept will have me going elsewhere for service.

My daughter pulled into Fitzgerald Hyundai today July 3rd with a check engine light . The service manager told her 3 weeks , he wouldn't put the scan tool on to see if it was something insignificant maybe it would have taken him 10 minutes to give her peace of mind on her 2022 Tucson . I guess that's the "Fitz Way " right Jack ? After buying 3 cars from this place she will never step back in there again . Nice Job and hats off to the service manager for such horrible service ! There are a number of much better dealers than this who take care of their customers this isn't one of them !

Do you want to waste your time? Then this is the place for you! I made an appointment on a Thursday for the upcoming Tuesday. I arrive to my appointment and am told my car cannot be looked at for another month?? "There are 40 cars in front of you". I mean seriously, what?? Why would you schedule an appointment with me in the first place, it makes zero sense. Terrible customer service. And then I'm asked if I want to reschedule? Are you kidding me why would I ever return?

They just don't flow up up with your issues I went in to get a soft wear update and they could not be less helpful that I just took my keys and left. A complete waste of time!

Five stars! I've had my 2022 Santa Cruz for six months now and could not be happier with the vehicle and the deal I given. The whole team at Fitzgerald AutoMalls was/is great to deal with. I received an excellent price and a very generous trade-in allowance to boot. I've only put 4800 miles on the odo, so we are long overdue for an actual road trip. Maybe this fall, following the change of colors through Virginia and the Carolinas. I LOVE THIS TRUCK.We call her 'Penelope' in honor of Penelope Cruz.

HONEST, CUSTOMER ORIENTED DEALER! In today's market of limited supply, this is the only Hyundai dealer in the area that was NOT marking up the prices of the vehicles and selling their vehicles at MSRP. One dealer in the area was marking up all Hyundais by $5,000 to $10,0000! I was so impressed that they had strong convictions not to take advantage of their customers during these strange times. Truly refreshing to see a car dealer whose value system was so customer oriented. This dealer aims to fill up the gas tank when you drive a new vehicle off the lot. The one I bought accidentally slipped through this process but our salesperson, Jay, sent us $50 in Shell gas cards along with a nice little note. Jay has many loyal customers and I'm sure it is well deserved! I'll be calling him in the future if I want to buy a Hyundai or Genesis vehicle.I'm sure Fitzgerald has many loyal repeat customers because of their honest culture. This is a business worth supporting. Highly recommended!
