“A very nice and well-kept Marriott with great service and hospitality. The room was very clean and modern. Additionally, the bed and pillows were high quality. The hotel has a decent restaurant and is easily accessible from the nearby North Bethesda metro station. The only thing I wish would change is that their parking is very expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to others, and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Rooms: Rooms are very spacious and modern.

Walkability: Very close proximity to North Bethesda metro

Food and drinks: Very decent restaurant on the property.”

“Lovely little hotel in a nice secluded spot close to the highway. All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.45-60 min drive into DC avoiding highways, maybe faster if you take the highway.Breakfast isn’t included, but we knew that when we booked it.Rooms were a bit stuffy, maybe because there was no fan in the bathroom.Safety: Seemed very.Food & drinks: They had a paid breakfast and snacks/drinks after 5. Room coffee for free.”

“It's not a bad hotel. The room was comfortable. The issue I had with this hotel and what caused me to give it only four stars have to do with service and the non-disclosure of the $100.00 incidentals deposit. I understand some hotels like to charge an incidental deposit, then as long as you don't damage the room you'll get it back. In the meantime though, it denies you use of those funds. However, I made this reservation through the Best Western website, as I always do, and I read all the fine print very thoroughly to see if there is a deposit charged. When I do see that they charge a deposit, for the most part, I will not use that hotel. When I get there, as I'm checking in the clerk said there is an incidental deposit which you will get back. I asked why it was not disclosed on the website or on any signage or notification at the desk when you check in. When I asked him about it he said that every hotel charges an incidental deposit. I told him that they do not do that it is up to the hotel management whether they're going to do that or not. Now I realize that hotels do charge it incidental deposit when the ownership of that particular property decides that's what they're going to do. It is not the policy of the Best Western brand. I am a Diamond Select member and have been for quite some time. I just take exception to non-disclosed fees by the property before you decide to book the room. He told me that you need to call the hotel before you ever book a room. I did speak to the management about it when I checked out. I don't know if they'll ever do anything about it, but I do know that I probably will not patronize this particular property again.”

“This hotel is clean, has a restaurant, onsite parking, & easy access to DC using the Washington metro Twinbrook station across the street at the back of the hotel. I've stayed there twice and really like the cleanliness, food, nearby shops, and access to DC.

Rooms: The rooms are clean, all components work well. The beds are really comfortable- i always sleep well. I've only ever stayed in atrium view rooms (not city view), but I'm there to eat & sleep and get into the city where I work.

Food and drinks: I've eaten breakfast at the restaurant and it was good. I've also had a drink at the bar in the evening. If you're looking for a lively place, this isn't it. But if you want a clean place with good service, I think this is a good place to be.”

“After losing our home and everything we own to Hurricane Helene, we sought refuge at the Sheraton Rockville and couldn't have landed in a more comfortable and welcoming place. The staff has treated us like family from day 1. Any of our needs have been met with such an incredible generosity and we have never been made to feel like a burden. We were born and raised in the Rockville area and when Helene was coming we felt obligated to come back home. Over the years we have stayed at pretty much every hotel in the Rockville area and many others during our travels. I can say without a second thought that the Sheraton Rockville has treated us better than any other hotel we've ever stayed at. Every employee from management to house keeping will always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to help you with any need you have. We will never stay at another hotel in the area again. Especially not the Courtyard Marriot on Shady Grove. They can be a bunch of dicks.”
