We had an excellent experience. The store manager was extremely attentive and responsive to our questions. Very friendly staff overall; they know their products and inventory. They helped us arrange home delivery of some of what we purchased.

A huge shout out to the Herndon team for the continued support. They have kept my hot tub operating for the past 13 years. They are incredibly responsive and always customer focused whenever I call them with a problem. I highly recommend them for any hot tub purchases and service. They have also been outstanding helping us with deck furniture.

I recently had a problem with my hot tub cover filling with excessive amounts of water after a rain storm. When I called Offenbacher to see what could be done, Joanne in their service department asked for some pictures to research the problem.At first, manufacturing claimed it was normal weathering and not covered under warranty. So Offenbacher offered me a respectable discount on a new cover. However, after providing an additional video of the amount of water pouring out of the foam sleeve, through Joanne's persistence, it was agreed to replace the cover under warranty.Joanne regularly followed through with emails and phone calls to me as we worked the problem. Getting a service organization to return calls and emails is a rare thing these days and Joanne nailed it! She took care of a long term customer and did the right thing for your company’s service reputation as well.-Bob

We purchased a Caldera Seychelles model and our family loves it! Scott at the Rockville store was fantastic through the whole process and even three months later if I have a question - he is so responsive and helpful. The hot tub provides a great way for the family to destress together. It fits perfectly in our tiny Washington DC backyard but it has transformed our enjoyment outside! We are looking forward to using it now when the weather gets colder - but the hot tub is nice and steamy! :-) Offenbachers (Scott) was great to work with and the wait time to get the tub was not bad and the delivery was excellent. We are so very happy!

I recently purchased from the Rockville Offenbachers store a jacuzzi, patio furniture, and outdoor dining room table and chairs. The quality is outstanding and the price was reasonable. The delivery was on time as promised. The service provided by the Manager - Scott was AMAZING! Not only was he knowledgeable and honest but he helped me coordinate with my deck people installing the jacuzzi into the deck. He continued to contact me during the process and worked one on one with my deck people. And after it was installed he took his own personal time to come out and teach me how to use it. He has continued to help me make sure all the levels are correct. His service and caring has been off the charts! I highly recommend Scott and all the Offenbachers products. Chip L.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rod from the Rockville store. Rod helped us pick the perfect sectional for our screened porch. He knows the entire lineup of the products and is so knowledgeable explaining the different options and all without sales pressure. We could not be happier with our new Tropitone Kenzo sectional. He also made sure we got the most competitive pricing they could offer. Delivery was quick and seamless. We are going back for the Labor Day sale to see Rod and look at an outdoor 3 piece set. Thanks Rod! :)

We walked in cold looking for furniture for our recently completed patio. Our salesman, Roderick, took an easy-going and low pressure approach to knowledgeably explaining our options. His information about maintenance and materials proved useful. He deftly distributed attention to multiple customers and helped us make an informed decision about a table and chairs that promise to last a long time, given proper care. The showroom is thoughtfully designed--Offenbachers offers a lot of compelling possibilities.

I went in for outdoor furniture and was not disappointed by the quality, beauty or selection. But the thing that set Offenbachers apart was the customer service. The folks who work here are not sales-y at all. Everyone I spoke with was low-key and no pressure. It just so happened I formed a connection with Nicole and was excited to work with her. (I went in randomly one day and liked Nicole so much I sought her out the following weekend when I returned. Couldn't believe she remembered me by name!) The thing I loved about working with Nicole was that she was a happy consumer and true fan of the products. She was also incredibly friendly, personable and helped me navigate the buying/financing process with ease. I'm looking forward to receiving my furniture. Having spent a great deal of time lounging around on the floor models at the store, I have no doubt I'll be thrilled. Oppenbachers did a wonderful job helping me select and install a hot tub on my roof deck. Rob Jones of their staff was particuarly helpful and always "went the extra mile" for us whenever complications arose.
