This Kia dealer is absolutely disgusting and dishonest. The price has been negotiated with the manager, and the deposit has been paid. Two days later, he said that he felt that the price was too low and unilaterally canceled the transaction. This kind of behavior makes people feel how untrustworthy Kia is as a company.

They sold me a car I signed the contract told them I would be back on Wednesday to pick up my car and the salesperson told me my car was gone because someone offered the manger $5000 dollars more for the car then he made on my deal so he sold my car that I already pitched

I give up. I tried calling this place for WEEKS, leaving messages for their Managers, Chris, Kevin & Jazz. Multiple calls, not a single one returned. Even called their finance manager, no call back. And the car I want is STILL AVAILABLE for sale on their website! Mr. Herson, your people SUCK! If "coffee is for closers" none of your sales people should be allowed within 1,000 yards of any Starbucks!

Once they make the sale they no longer want to deal with you. My fiancé purchased a car 2 months ago and still hasn’t received her tags. She has tried calling and emailing. We have left numerous voicemails and never get a response. Even when told they will call back.

Let me start by saying that my experience with Herson's Kia was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 inquiring about test driving a used Honda Civic and not only did I test drive it, but they met me outside of the dealership with the car for convenience. My sales consultant was Issac Ulate and he went above and beyond from the moment he met me to test drive the vehicle. I ultimately ended up purchasing the car and Herson's was very accommodating with allowing me to finalize everything electronically. I never stepped foot into the dealership, everything, including them dropping the car off to me in Washington DC, was done with my convenience in mind. The whole team, from Issac, Kevin, Jazz (hope I'm spelling his name correctly), and Josue! If I could give all the stars in the world for car dealership experiences, I would to Herson's! Thank you all for making what is often times for me an unpleasant experience into a GREAT one! I will be recommending others to you all!

Edited Review: In short - get EVERYTHING in writing in the same color pen. General sales manager is good and is a man of integrity, watch out for Jes (assistant manager) - he's not as much, and Ken.

I'm sure they have great cars but they excessively call back to back during work hours! They have called me everyday without fail for the past 2 months!!! They not only call me once, but they call me TWICE IN A ROW! If I don't answer the first time, the immediately call me a second time! I am not interested right this second in buying a car and if I were, the way you all blow my phone up, I would buy it from you! Please stop harassing me!

I had the worst experience!!!! I am very sad that these guys didnt tell me about the value depreciating about 20% when you get into a fender bender especially when I got hit from the back. It wasnt even my fault and the person who hit me was paying for everything. They could have told me about the structural damage. I had told them to fix everything as it was a brand new car. I lost 4000 dollars because of this!!!! I am very disappointed and disheartened!!! I bought the car from them, I came to them to fix it and to even sell it. No luck!!! If you dont have customer appreciation the what's the point?
