I bought me third Honda at Herson's recently. The whole operation is top-notch, from sales to service to parts. This review is about Robert, my salesperson. He made the whole process very easy. And when I left the dealership with my new car, he gave me his number and said to call if I had any questions. I have had a few, as I find the manual to be quite overwhelming. So I have called Robert a time or two and have even stopped into the dealer ship to ask a question. Not only is he completely knowledgeable, but he is kind and patient and he gives me as much time I need, explaining things to me in a way I can completely understand. When I leave, he always says to call him or stop by if there is anything I need help with. I'm sure I will again - he is the absolute best ever!

Will definitely be back! The entire staff was so kind and helpful but Kevin, Alpha, and Noella were superstars who went above and beyond for me. Will definitely be sending friends and family here for their next car purchase. Such an amazing experience

I just bought my first new car at Herson's Honda with the help of Daniel and Noella. Both of them made me feel comfortable throughout the process, offering thorough detail and information. Ultimately they worked hard to get me a good deal and a great new car.

Please help!!!! Tell me how you feel about this... my dad bought crv hybrid at this dealership. He drove for few weeks and the engine broken. They took it and kept it for 2 months and gave it back and it happened again 2 times. This is the third time. We went in and asked for answer. They said it is manufacturer problem now we need to contact them. I asked the manager CJ can he at least be responsible and notify Honda just to bring our case up to Honda to make the process goes quicker. He denied. Manufacturer's responsible but your dealership sold it. At least help your customer get right. We need him to be the one report or call honda but he denied. This dealership owe my dad an apologize. My dad still paying for the car that he can not drive. It is not a safe vehicle to drive in, but they keep covering their thing.

If you want to buy parts make sure you know what to buy and have the parts number with you, i was behind some costumer with spanish language for 30+ mins and i was ordering include make a payment less than 5 mins. Some CS Parts much more like zombie with straight face #cheers

Update: they told me I needed brakes, when my brakes were done two days ago!! I took it to my mechanic who showed me pictures that are clear that I have, at least 15,000 more miles on the brakes. Hot mess.

Great experience working with Candy. Very pleasant, genuine, and knowledgeable. She followed up with with phone calls and emails timely and made it incredibly easy to schedule appointments. I would not recommend to bring you car for service to this dealer. My 2018 Honda CR-V needed B1 service. I scheduled an appointment with Herson's Honda Service deaprtment one week in advance ans I mentioned that I did not want to rotate tires and that I only needed to change oil and filter. They did not mention anything about any other service and did not give me the estimated price.I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V to Herson's Honda service department at 8 am and repeated that I only need to change oil and filter. They told me that my car would be ready by 10:30 am and that someone would call me when my car is ready. I went home. When I was at home waiting for the call Herson's Honda sent me a message and called me trying to sell a new battery and new tires to me. I refused.Nobody called me at 10:30 am about my car readines, nobody called me at 11:00 am either. So I decided to go to the dealership. I arrived at 11:30 I found that my car was not ready. I had to wait. When my car was ready they gave me invoice for $248. I could not believe that oil and filter change can cost $248. But they told me that they did some inspections and that I have to pay for that. Should they give me an estimate before starting the service?Anyway, I spent 3 and half hours of waiting and paid $248 when I expected to pay between $70 and $80.I do not recommend to come to this place for your Honda service. Way too expensive and too slow.

My son said it best, when he said," It would be really nice when you are car shopping, if they had more cars. " Our salesperson, Rich, was as nice as can be. He was very knowledgeable about the difference in the various car models. The only issue was that they didn't have any models of the specific car we were looking for. Our salesperson took our information and promised to call us, when he received any more cars. We did sit in a number of different cars, but they were not what my son was looking for. It was like trying on a shoe, the comfort level, just didn't fit. So, kudos to Rich for trying to meet our needs. But, I sincerely hope the car industry can bounce back from this difficult period.

I bought a car from Herson for my wife who recently moved to Rockville. The dealer is very efficient in FEDEX all those car loan documents overnight to me for signature. Price is competitive. The sales agent, Matar, is very helpful in printing out the car insurance ID card. Excellent service in bringing the car to my wife's apartment building for test drive and also delivering the car to her when it is ready.

Very dishonest sales reps and managers. I had to get an attorney involved and ultimately won the dispute. Instead of apologizing for lying to me and engaging in predatory practices, they wrote a letter stating that I "got free use of a car". The "free use" they were referring to was being refunded the deposit that I paid. The law requires them to refund the deposit. After I posted a review, Yelp removed it citing that they couldn't verify my identity.
