In May 2023 had collisions with 2 cars with extensive body damage along one side of each car. Hersons did an excellent job of restoration. Took a while to get parts but likely unavoidable. And initiating communication could have been a little better, but they always responded to my inquiries. But the final results were excellent with the caws looking better than new and in the end thats what really matters.

We have been waiting almost 4 months to get our car back. They took our car apart only to find out that the part they need to repair it is on backorder. Communication has been very poor. I have to call them regularly for updates and they take my information and don't call me back. I really hope we get our car back someday...

Very helpful and knowledgeable when my 2015 Hyundai Elantra needed to be brought in for repairs after being stolen. While the car ended up needing to be totaled, Herson’s was helpful whenever I called to ask questions. All of my windows were broken so they immediately moved the car inside to prevent further damage before the total cost of repairs was decided to be too much for the insurance company. Would definitely recommend especially for those going through insurance and dealing with auto theft!

We worked with Edgar! Everything from start to finish went really well. He estimated the repairs could take up to two week, but said he would try to have it back to us within a week, if possible. He got our car back to us one week later, which seemed impressive as it sounded like there was quite a workload in the collision center already.

Took my car in with a full tank of gas recieved it back empty. Repairs were good and they cleaned the interior.

I needed to replace the rear window in my Honda CRV, and my insurance company sent me to Hersons. I couldn't be happier. They did a great job, faster than expected, made arrangements with a car rental agency and were very polite and efficient. I hope you don't need to get repairs, but if you do, this is the place to go!

I have taken my 2012 Hyundai ELANTRA to Herson’s Collision Center twice in the last six years.This collision center does excellent bodywork.The only reason I am giving the collision center four stars as opposed to five is because they could improve upon their communication by notifying customers with accurate dates and times for vehicle pickup.Otherwise, the staff are professional and courteous and always helpful.

This location had excellent customer service ! I had to make time to write a review . I called in to schedule an appointment to have my rocker molding painted and put back on my vehicle . William was professional the entire time and had excellent communication skills . He made himself available and responsive to any questions I had and updating me on the process .Most importantly, my appointment did not take much time since he was prepared in advance for my arrival . I was promised a completed job several times in the weeks before it was finally done. Then, when I finally got the vehicle back, the radio was demanding a code to operate. I don’t have that code so now I have no radio. The work was done very well. Even though the promised delivery dates were botched re-times. So communication which is mostly automated is very poor at best.

Summary:- Excellent repair- Friendly service- Seemed to care about doing the job right- Decent / average pricing for a dealer shopGenuinely shocked by how well Herson's Collision repaired the side panel on my Civic. Would definitely recommend (at least for exterior / cosmetic repairs).My car (2018 Civic) had a pretty hefty set of scratches on the passenger-side rear door that were deep enough to begin rusting. HC assessed damage, and told me that the exterior door panel would need to be replaced, meaning that paint on the new panel would look a bit newer than that of the rest of the car. Because of this, not only would they need to repair/replace, but they'd need to correct the paint in order for it look right.I paid for the parts up front and they ordered them. I had to wait a couple of weeks for everything to arrive, but given the worldwide supply chain issues over the last few years, I don't blame Herson's for that.Once they had the parts, they called me and we set up a date/time for the repair. It was originally estimated to take 3-4 days, but was extended to 5 halfway through the job after they discovered that a few extra tweaks & fixes needed to be made. If you're an impatient person, you might find that inconvenient, but I appreciated it because it showed me that they actually cared about doing the work correctly.On the day of my pickup, I wasn't expecting much. I was honestly pretty skeptical that they'd be able to make this repair without at least leaving *some* sign that the door had been scratched to hell.Boy was I wrong. I showed up, walked over to my car, and ... the door looked basically perfect. Scratches were gone, paint matched beautifully, and molding reinstalled. No sign that there had ever been any damage.Not only that, but they vacuumed the interior, washed (and seemingly waxed) the exterior, and even cleaned the tires and rims. It really looked great.I don't have experience with Herson's Collision performing serious body / frame / mechanical repairs, but if you're looking for exterior / cosmetic repairs, I can highly recommend.Services: Painting

I took my car here for repair because that was the one the insurance company wanted me to use. Big mistake. Huge. The lady at the front desk is rude and dismissive. When I called to see if my car was ready, she said "we have no record of you or your car. Are you sure that's the right cell phone number?" The story is so much longer regarding customer service and the 3 week wait time for them to order the parts and 2 weeks to repair just one fender. I thought we'll, the mechanics will be better. Well, they weren't. They punctured my tire in their repairs and I didn't realize it until I got home. They wouldn't even return my phone call regarding their mishap. They couldn't simply have given me the courtesy of a phone call. Guess I'm back where I began, with the customer service. I will never return.
