We arrived with a considerable "want" list and Denise patiently showed us all the pieces that contained different combinations of our various options. She helped us select what we believe will be the perfect piece - style wise, color and features - and a delivery schedule that met our needs.

Haverty’s is a great place to shop for furniture but more so because of Denise . She goes out of her way to make sure you get what you are looking for. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sales Manager Ed Ledden. I told him that I was interested in looking at recliners. He asked us some questions and took us upstairs. He made us feel at ease. He was pleasant to talk to. He explained the different features of the recliners. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to us in a simple form so that we understood. I purchased one recliner and my Aunt also purchased one. This was my first time in a Havertys store and I must say that I was impressed with the volume of furniture displayed . I could tell the furniture was good quality. I will definitly be going back when my future furniture needs arise.

I purchased dining table with 6 chairs very expensive and after one year all the chair leather was pealing. When I went there and asked them they says you supposed to buy warranty with it .
If you selling your product more expensive it has to be excellent and last at least 5 or 6 years.
I don’t recommend any one to shop there.

We were greeted by Frances and sge showed us several power leather recliners. She knew details about the chairs and looked up possible delivery dates.Then she said she had another power recliner to show us, a Haley recliner. We really liked it and she pointed out the three power adjustments (leg rest, lumbar, and headrest). She pointed out the leatger and stiching and had us try the chair. Then she gave us the total price and delivery time and which colors would be delivered the quickest . She was very knowledgable and friendly. She was excelkent. We bought the recliner.
