Had the pleasure of getting a fun cut and color with master stylist Kheng.
I received a wolf cut with under highlights and a bit of color. He was very receptive to my ideas/pictures/vision and executed everything so skillfully! He allowed me my creative freedom while still adding a mastery of craft and care! He knew exactly how to cut/style curly hair!
It was a very relaxing experience (no expectation of much chatter) and I am so happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be returning to him to try new things out in the future!

Julia is absolutely amazing! She’s the first person who has ever explained my hair to me and counseled me on what was best, all while 100% factoring in my concerns and wants. It was the best time I have ever had getting my hair cut. She is professional and friendly, and I love the end results! She is absolutely worth double what I paid. Go see her while you can!

Overall cut way too short. Was not expecting for her to shave the side of my head. I just wanted it off my ears and now I look like I'm in the army. It's also cut uneven. And $28 for a men's cut is unbelievably expensive... Not the worst, but I will not return.

Worse cut ever! Before scheduling an appointment, I asked to for a stylist who was good at cutting short hair. Kidist said she was good. I brought in a photo of the hair style I wanted. I could tell that she wasn't very good when she didn't part my hair in the center. She looked a little clumsy with the comb and scissor. Kidist looked at the photo several times during the cut. Again, this was a bad sign. When she chopped off my bangs too short, that's when I knew for sure that Kidist didn't know what she was doing. The style had long front that covered the covers, a lot of layers on top for volume, and tapered in the back with long strands on the sides. A sporty chic look. Instead, Kidist's cut was a bob with bangs and round like a rice bowl. I called the manager and we both agreed that at this point, I wasn't going to get the hair style that I came in for so I left. Kidist needs to go back to school and practice more. Just don't practice on customers! Horrible experience!

Hair cut was so bad. Even an inexperienced person can cut better hair. She chopped off a patch of hair.

I got here at 6:20 for a 6:30 appointment and had to wait till 7:10. There is clearly a staffing issue at this location. So I don't know why they even allow people to make appointments if they can't handle it. I got lucky last few times where there were not many customers but I can't risk wasting time here any more. Highly recommend calling here to confirm as these guys don't even inform you if there are any scheduling issues.Edit: 5 star for the hair dresser.

Saw Freddie. Sat down and spoke with me at length to understand what exactly I wanted, how to talk care of my curly hair, surprising potential causes of damage (pillowcases!) Nice guy. Not a talker which I appreciated. It's clear why he was getting more of the clients than the passive aggressive woman at the counter.
