The store is large and well-stocked with a comprehensive range of products. The staff provides excellent service, proactively greeting customers as they enter and asking if they need any assistance. They go out of their way to help customers find what they need.The entrance of the store is somewhat small, so first-time visitors might miss it. However, it shouldn't be a problem.There are plenty of parking lots available.Highly recommended.

It is my local Guitar Center. Convenient location for when I need to quickly get a cable or adapters. I always check out their used gear and deals, too.

I placed an order online for a new audio interface and they cancelled it last minute after waiting 3 days for a status update.I've contacted support multiple times within the first 2 days, and each time they told me that they have the interface and was still preparing the shipment.This morning, I was notified that the order was cancelled due to it getting lost or sold to another customer. I'm very dissatisfied and don't recommend ordering from this store

Well, there are many guitars and amplifiers in which you can discover the mystery of each string instrument that you can find and there are private rooms in which you can practice. The place is highly recommended for you to visit.

Arrived at the store and it had a sign taped to the door that they closed early. I drove from Frederick b/c Rockville had more in stock but guess it wasn’t worth the drive.

If there was a 0 star option Id choose it. I wasted over 3 hours trying to get a guitar that was mishandled and damaged. They say we can cover shipping, they dont. its always free. They never ship packages to where they say they will. Go to victor litz Go to Chuck Levins This place is a sh*thole.
