Seems like only unhappy people want to leave reviews so I wanted to share my experience. I want to commend the Great Nation team for accommodating me and my family on very short notice. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient, thorough and careful throughout our entire moving process. Our items we wrapped and packed securely. They were able to get all of our big, heavy furniture out of our house without any damage to our walls, floors etc. we have narrow stairways and when we moved in the previous company dinged and damaged the walls quite a bit. The workers were courteous and mindful of our stuff, communicative and fast. They completed our move very expeditiously and we are super happy and thankful for their help

The entire staff from the office to the crew went above and beyond to make sure the entire experience went smoothly. The crew was prompt, professional and nothing was damaged/lost in the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best movers in the area!

Great service!! I needed someone to move me with not a lot of notice and they were very accommodating. The guys they sent out were professional, fast and took great care of my things. The actual price was much less than what they quoted too. I highly recommend them!!!

they lied about everyting. they low ball the estimate and then charge you 25% more without even discussing it with you they told me they go direct with the truck and will be there when you get there . ALL LIES if i knew ahead of time would of taken more in my car . i had nothing until they came about a week after promised . as far as nothing coming off truck another lie, two boxes were soaked with expensive stuff in it. other stuff was broken and as for insurance you get 60 cents a pound. so if a pound of gold jewelry is missing you get 60 cents the owner is a clown who yells and belittles you and acts like he is some wealthy big shot. run run run from this company, i have moved cross country 4 times and never had these problems ps if i could of left 0 star i would ,

If I could give zero stars, i would. This is the fifth time I've use these movers. Obviously the first four we're OK, not perfect but OK. This time I moved from Washington DC to Fort Lauderdale. I had over 300 boxes. There's no system that checks the numbered boxes that were packed with whites delivered. They have you sign at the end that everything was delivered. Well they want to see if there's any damage before they leave which is impossible to do however there was some damage that was done. The biggest issue is there are missing boxes. One box contain a lot of kitchen items. Another box had windchimes that belonged to my deceased partner. A major item that is missing is a piece of art, painting, by a deceased artist.. worth 45k. I don't want money for any of these I want my items. They're accusing me of fraud. Even the items that were broken, they will find an artist to repair them. One is a $3000 piece of sculpture with some missing pieces. How are they going to put it back to the same state. I took out an insurance policy from them for $250,000 at a cost of an additional $5000. The cost of my move was $25,000. Again, it's not the money, I want my items. They put my suits shirts and slacks in a box not a garment bag so they're wrinkled beyond. They're willing to pay for these but not the other items. There are other movers that I would use and I warn people take out insurance coverage. How dare they accuse me of fraud!

I had NO complaints. They were timely, hard working, fast but careful. The crew was also very organized on how they placed stuff in the truck and unloaded it at the next place. Very friendly and concerning people. I highly recommend, especially for the price. Best price I've found and service exceeded. Excellent job.
