I make about 20 purchases a day from GRAINGER, and the process is very easy and simple. The employees at this GRAINGER are top notch and the customer service can't be beat. If a product is not in stock, there's nothing to worry about because these guys will make sure that it is the store by 9a.m. the next morning, which makes me most functional at my job, as there are a lot of emergency situations in my work. The employees are able to fix my problems and mistakes, and they do it with a smile. This store feels like a neighborhood store, as they know my name and the names of my 40 co-workers. The return policy is customer friendly, and they will even take a financial hit before the customer does. Out of all the vendors I deal with, this is by far my favorite.

When you call into the national customer service line, they are very friendly and try to be helpful. Management at this store otherwise leaves a bit to be desired. I ordered a dishwasher part 6 months ago with an expected 1-month turn around. After 2-3 delays the part finally came in sometime around January. I go to the store for pickup… but they had given the part I ordered to someone else (allegedly). I was promised a quick resolution but 4 more months later they still don't have the part and my latest expected delivery date was just pushed back again for the umpteenth time. It’s a good thing that I ordered the part through a different company a month ago and it came, ALL THE WAY FROM CHINA, in less than 3 weeks. Never wasting my time on this company again.
