This goodwill is expensive for a thrift store! Used sweater is like $7. Not worth it.

Employees at this store need some serious customer service training of some sort. I have never felt so annoyed by so many people giving ugly looks and harrassing customers to take off a backpack to enter a fitting room. First of all who wants to steal from a thrift store? Second you get everything in your store from people who donate it to you, you aren’t paying for these items. Short Spanish lady with brown hair, you need to chill. Poor gentleman was embarrassed because of how you spoke to him as if he was a child. And you started talking about him with your other co-worker. It’s not like you need my business but I rather shop at The Salvation Army. They’re cheaper and always friendly.

Store hours are open until 6, but the donation center closes at 5, apparently. They should post this

It says on Google Maps they choose at 6, but the employee told me it's actually 5. How was anyone supposed to know that?

This Goodwill is a convenient location for me to donate unneeded items; unfortunately I won’t be donating at this location any longer because I don’t feel like I should be yelled at while making a donation. It’s a huge turn off to me to have the person accepting my donation be rude. There a plenty of other thrift stores in the area who will accept my items with a smile and a polite thank you. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience. It will be the last though.

Mid sized thrift store— clothing items are tagged with different colours for sizing and sorted by size. The little plastic tag barbs have different colours, which may or may not be associated with discounts. Each type of clothing is supposed to be one price- dresses are all $11.99, sleeveless tops $4.99. Fitting rooms are available but close 1-1.5 hours before the store closes. There is a kind of chaotic energy to this store (see books pic), along with some organizational quirks— eg the end caps on the housewares aisles were curated by colour.

I have donated very good toys several times, including expensive toys in excellent condition, such as RC cars. The guy who receive my donations always throw them very hard into the container like a MAD person. !! I am pretty sure he broke some of them. He always looks mad. They were such good toys that I could sell them for money but I would rather donate for good cause. But this guy ruins it every time!

Small but packed with good finds. Everything is nicely organized and the fitting rooms are large, clean, and with several hanger holders and a bench. Staff are friendly and parking is easy. It's just not a huge shop and they don't have many books.

I had different expectations from my experiences donating at goodwill out of state. I packed my car full of stuff and the second I opened it the guy was like “nope, this is in bad condition”. Not wanting it is fine, but I had a tv, food processor, and blender that were all decent. He rushed me out of there without looking at anything. To his credit, he recommended the Unique Thrift Store down the street which was a much better experience and they took everything I had. I recommend skipping goodwill and going there directly.

Easy drop off, quick, not a lot of waiting in line to drop my stuff off, nice people. Gives receipts for taxes.
