I had a pleasant experience getting my car’s safety inspection here! I was not recommended any fixes and he fit me in the day I called. He also went through the items on my car and how much longer he expects my brakes to last. I will be going back!

Recently, I had work done on my car at Gili’s and found them as professional a shop as I ever have encountered in 45+ years of getting cars serviced for one thing or another. Gili’s is a customer-friendly shop. They explain well and communicate clearly as they problem solve. Reasonable pricing & just pulling into Gili’s immaculate lot you instantly get a sense of their immense pride & joy in the work they do. Happy to recommend them.

I walked in, intentionally impressed with the atmosphere of this small business. I went to many locations to schedule a very last-minute Maryland State Inspection for my the and titles. I was met with professionalism and integrity which is rare to find in this industry. If you have trouble finding it like I did just give them a call!

Service on 7/19/2024
I was quoted $1518 for all the necessary work. I was charged an extra $110 which I paid, when I was told the wheel alignment we had discussed wasn't charged. Then realized I paid for a procedure which we had not discussed (fuel injection service). I think it was done accidentally, so requested a phone call to discuss it and was promised the message would get to the owner. No phone call leaves me thinking it was not accidental. Again, not getting a follow up call to discuss the unrequested service, leaves me very disappointed with this company.

I've been taking my cars to Gili's for over 15 years. They do a good job of giving an in-depth analysis of what ails my vehicle and then recommend what needs to happen. If some work can be put off to a later date, they tell me that as well. The staff is very courteous and trustworthy. I always feel I'm getting the straight truth about the condition of my vehicle when I bring it to Gili's.
