There are always 5 people working in the back of the pharmacy and one person up front. It takes 20 minutes to get medicine.I would love if pharmacists would understand the ABSOLUTE NECESSITY of the medication patients take. When 6 pharmacists are running around finding medicine, it makes my epilepsy and anxiety worse, furthermore needing my medicine.

I personally had fabulous experience here. I did have an issue. The drug wasn't there as quick as I needed it. Only option seemed to be to delay getting it for 24 hrs. When I came there and asked how to speed up the process, they went out of their way, helped to find another Giant location, who could fulfill my prescription this same day. So the delay was avoided thanks to the employee working there. I appreciate those efforts hugely. Thanks!

Typically prices prescriptions at least 200% of what other pharmacies in the area charge (e.g. Harris Teeter). Shop around.

Horrible pharmacy ever. Cant get my medicine for 2 weeks. Asked tgem to transfer to different pharmacy and they keep saying i don’t have any rx with them.Not true. Other pharmacy asked me now to called and ask to clear this up.

My doctor sent the prescription to Giant I'm the morning so I went there in the afternoon to pick up. They said it was not ready, I had to wait for 30mins then I said ok. I went back the next day and tried to get my prescription and the last said the prescription was not ready because we didn't have it yesterday. I asked do you have it today. She said it will take 30 mins. Why? I submitted the prescription yesterday when u have the medication ready they are supposed to get it ready for the customer. I was so disappointed

The pharmacy is a ripoff. I brought in a GoodRX coupon for my prescription, and the pharmacist flat out refused to use it or even look at it. I'm HoH and struggle to pick out individual words, and she spoke so quickly and was so unfriendly I didn't know what she was saying and couldn't ask. She walked away right after she told me she wouldn't use the coupon I'd brought in - which doubled the price of my script! The person manning the front, Alice, was nice but seemed bewildered by their boss and didn't seem to know why the coupon couldn't be used either. A waste of money imo- I'm going to use a different pharmacy where I won't be cheated.

I am sure you have seen the news photos and all of the empty shelves at food stores in our area. Not At This Giant!!! The shelves were stocked, plenty of employees to help customers, and easy in and out service. In fact, I want to give a shout out to Ken- in the Meat Department! You are the man! I called the store, because I had received a Peapod delivery that had no meat or chicken. I was facing another snow storm and very worried! I called and Ken put away 3 packages of chicken thighs and two packages of ground turkey! Thank you, Ken! As long as I was there, I ran around trying to get other items missing from my delivery order. I was able to get lemons, bananas, and milk. This Giant is always well stocked and the employees are fabulous! So, if you need food, I suggest you head over to Giant in Travilah Square.

CHEDK YOUR RECIEPT!!! They are ripping people off with the beef stew meal deal. I even had the manager come over to show that they're only giving $1 off of the $5 potato bag and She could only give me $2 off. What a scam. And they will not honor the checkout guarantee!!! Total scam

(3.25) ~ pretty good neighborhood conventional grocery store. It's smaller than other Giants, but should have most of what you are looking for; ie Force of Nature; Wandering Bear, etc.
