not black people friendly. my friend came in for 3 pounds of crab legs, they asked her if she knows how much they are and then ANNOUNCED on the speaker that a customer just ordered 3 pounds of crab legs. Went to Harris teeter and they were fresher, juicer, and lower in price!

Nice grocery store, pretty standard.Good selection, reasonable prices.Smell in produce area bothered me a little, but we weren't buying any produce this trip.Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very nice little grocery store. It is cheaper than Safeway, though the prices for groceries in this area are outrageous across the board (two bags of groceries, $96!) But that is determined by corporate, not the fine folks at this store. The woman running the self checkout was very helpful, checked in on everyone, and was pro active. The shelves were mostly stocked, and the aisles weren't cluttered with product needing to be unpacked, so that was nice.

This review is for Samjhana, the floral manager. I’ve come to this Giant twice now to get balloons last minute and Samjhana has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She even has a special trick so the balloons don’t get tangled in your car. She feels like a neighborhood expert and I’m so grateful to come to her for my party and floral needs. Thank you Samjhana for all of your help!

Pleasant folks (but normal Giant problems with stock) In this day and age it makes no sense that computer access to stock information is unavailable to store managers (nor employees, nor customers) management still say supply chain is responsible for such thing as no heavy cream in store for daysToo often problems in getting shelf marked discounts when ringing up merchandise (great folk who run around to correct the problem),Continue to find pricing trickery, e.g. mushrooms with some marked per pound but others marked per each WITHOUT per pound information to compareStore WiFi is iffy, often cannot connect (not a problem with my phone

I just had very unpleasant experience at the fruit corner. The printer of the scale seemed not working, so I asked an employee at the corner “sir, do you know if this is working?” and he was very disrespectful by raising his voice repeatedly saying he did not know. I almost thought he didn’t work there. He clearly stated “I said! I don’t know!” after I have confirmed he was wearing employee uniform. I am pretty sure any customer wouldn’t respond to a question like that, and I could not believe he was an employee. Of course no one seems to be helping further though I have saw other employees adjacent to the scale. I still cannot believe I was treated that way, and I definitely do not wish others to have such experience at the store.

Unprofessional, Rude Experience-Yesterday evening, when amount charged was much different than displayed price, the cashier called their senior. This senior was asked to call the store manager. This senior and store manager failed to- 1. acknowledge the error, 2. agree to correct their error and 3. provide mitigating solution. Instead both went on hostile, rant in derogatory tone saying, they don't sale the items at this price in this store and trying to make fool of us. This is worst customer service experience we have ever had.The management needs to put more resources to train the leadership at this store to feel customer to come back to store and not to run away forever!

Not one of my favorite Giants. The staff are not that helpful and they hover over you at self checkout which is weird and uncomfortable! Just weird!No other Giant staff at other stores do that weird mess! Or maybe this Giant just racially profile people!

This is a smaller Giant Food store resulting in no Wifi to use the ScanIt! self check out as you shop function most other Giant Food stores have. Also, it resulted in a lower selection of brands/items that I am accustomed to finding in other Giant Stores. Of my list of 20 items, I couldn't find 8 of them. I will say the produce was fresh and well cared for and of better quality than the Giant in Bethesda.

This is the best giant around, I go out of my way to visit this Giant since it has a much much larger array of other foods and international foods that you are unable to find at other giants in the area. It's worth checking out. I was also able to find groun bison and venison, venison steaks, duck breasts which are unavailable at other giants in the area. They had a larger goya selection and had a large international food section which I have only seen at one other giant. There was almost 2x the amount of variety of food here vs the other Giants in the area, totally worth it!

The only flaw I can say about this store is that it doesn't have a Starbucks. Everything else was great. It was well stocked, clean and very nicely laid out. It's super convenient since it's right next to the college too.
