Yesterday we received these beautiful fresh roses and they are still fresh. They smell magical, leaves the whole home smelling great and everyone in the family is in love with them. I will definitely come back soon to y'all shop soon. A man should buy flowers many times in his life. So it is definitely Great to have found a shop that checks every box in my book. Quality, safe and secure deliveries, which are always at your door on time and presentable. And amazing quality that comes at a steal. I ordered flowers on Thursday, 10/24/24 to be delivered Friday, 10/25 to commemorate the anniversary of a former co-worker's passing. The flowers were not delivered. I called Gene's today, Wednesday, after confirming with the recipient that no flowers were delivered. Three hours later, with no return phone call, the flowers were delivered. Five days late. The point was to have them delivered on Friday, on the anniversary date. Gene's offered me a 50% refund. That does not get the flowers there on time, nor cover the embarrassment of having to ask the recipient if they got the surprise flowers. There are several good florists in Rockville. Find another one.
5 minutes after I posted this review I received this text:
Hello ,that’s very low of you to write a 1 star review after you agreed to 50% + refund for our mistake on delivery .Maybe we should add it back since your wanting to crucify us for admitted mistake.
