Nail Tech named Kim very rude. Was asked to make appointment with her she stated to the nail tech Sandy the manager to tell me to go to another nail tech. It was very disrespectful to say to a paying customer that’s has done nothing but spend money with this shop continuously and have been for the last 3years.
Stylist: Kim is very unprofessional anytime you ask a customer not speaking with the other nail tech at this point your speaking to the paying customer telling me go to someone else is unacceptable. I did not deserve the way I was spoken to especially when the manager - Sandy said Kim had all week availability while looking at the appointment book. When spoke to the nail tech Kim then looked up and states go to …. And said the other nail techs name. I then stated to Sandy that it was very unprofessional for that kinda response.

Been coming here for years and always so pleased. Nicest nail techs and clean, comfortable salon. I have been going to Kelly for many months and she always does TERRIFIC manis and relaxing pedis. My daughter goes to Kim and swears by her work. LOVE THIS PLACE & 100% RECOMMEND.

I've been a loyal client at Gallery Nails for nearly five years, and it's been a consistently wonderful experience. Sandy, the owner, is absolutely superb—not only in her craft but also in maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All of her technicians are fantastic, each one skilled and creative. They have flawlessly executed every design and style I've requested, from the most intricate to the simplest elegance. The quality of service and attention to detail at Gallery Nails keeps me coming back. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a top-tier nail salon experience!

I definitely recommend Gallery Nails. The environment is friendly and is easy to make and schedule. They have great prices and all the employees are very well trained and professional. Every time that I come up with a request for a specific style, they are able to make it for me.

I have been coming to this nail salon for at least 6 or 7 years and I will be with them until the end! I moved to DC years ago and still make the commute out to Rockville to see them. The Gallery gang is sweet and efficient and want to make sure you're happy with your results. The prices are extremely reasonable. I bounce between Andy, Sandy, and Kim who all do a phenomenal job. Thank you guys for all you do. We know it's not easy work!

I love Sandy’s work for two years now. She is amazing ! I run away from other salons because my nails would always be chunky and bigger than my natural finges.. Sandy is such an artist and a perfectionist ! Her work is always 5 stars. This time I went for short dip nails w a tip and they look so natural that they look as if they were my own healthy nails. If you want natural looking nails, either acrylic or dip with tips , she is the one !Service: Dip powder
