I cannot more highly recommend Franklin’s Moving Services. The team was careful, and efficient upon pickup and drop off, and the owner (Franklin) was communicative and friendly, ensuring I was updated and had a sense of the timeline as my stuff moved cross country. Franklin came recommended from close friends who have used him for many successful moves. I would hire him immediately —for any length move— if you seek a trustworthy moving team, who will care for your stuff from the moment they arrive, until the moment they leave. And a final note, this is a tidy, conscious group of movers, you won’t have any rough and tumble guys knocking around your stuff and houses! Give them a call, get a quote, you will NOT regret it.

This crew was fantastic. Worked well together. Took great care with my antiques. Nothing damaged. Worked long hours with great attitudes. Even helped with clean up, removal to the dump and donations. Our many plants were moved in a separate load. Good bunch of movers with a boss who is very friendly and reliable.We have already recommended them to the folks moving TO our old home.

Franklin's moved my mother from Arlington, Virginia to Wisconsin and did a fantastic job. They showed up to her condo in Arlington when they said they would, they were very careful yet speedy with packing, and they kept us informed as to their progress and arrival. There was a glitch at the destination, and my mom's stuff had to be unloaded into a different apartment. Franklin's did everything they could to make this bad situation better. They are pleasant, kind, and highly efficient. I've had several HORRIBLE moving experiences, so this was a dream come true!

I was on Yelp looking up a company I saw moving a family in my Virginia community and I found that like most moving companies, the good reviews were really great and the negative reviews were awful sounding. Thankfully in my search I came across Franklin's Moving Service and was not disappointed. The reviews are real and every bit my experience. I opted to have an in-person estimate and found their pricing incredibly competitive compared to all that they do and take care of. My out of state move from Virginia to Texas was a flat rate which gave me peace of mind with a confirmed loading and unloading date on either end. The other moving companies I got estimates from charged for every small change, and couldn't give me a solid price until the (estimated) delivery (hello sky rocketing gas prices).On the day of loading (moving out of Virginia) I have to say I'm still kind of shocked at how professional, polite, and respectful everyone was of my belongings. I mean this team didn't bang a single wall! I bang the walls just vacuuming and so I'm amazed how they took such care of my home. If they found a crack or knick on my furniture before wrapping it, Alvin made sure to show me and photograph it which I very much appreciated for transparency purposes. This team really strives to go above and beyond. On both loading and delivery day, they laid down protective floor covers and put together the furniture they took apart. So it turns out I have way to much stuff... they honestly worked so hard and didn't take any breaks. More importantly, they didn't even bat an eye at the amount of boxes- aka crap- I had to move. I appreciated that there was zero judgement because this was a stressful life experience. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better move. Franklin's Moving Services actually cared about me and my experience. I continue to recommend them without hesitation. Now onto the "not fun" part of unpacking all this crap ...

Franklin is the most caring responsive person. He truly takes pride in his work and offers very competitive pricing. We used Franklin for an in state move and his crew was very efficient and respectful of our belongings. We did not have any damage, as they wrap all items. They are a very hard working crew. I have referred his services to many people and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Franklin and his crew were polite and efficient. They worked extremely hard. The price was very reasonable - especially since they had to unload the truck in an extremely heavy storm. We would definitely call them again.
