Comes in handy when I need to do some quick shopping before I head home. I love an organic lifestyle and Food Lion is cleaning it up in there, offering some healthier options when it comes or body care products. I have recently got into some Native products and they have so much to choose from when it comes to that particular brand. It’s amazing really. All at affordable price, especially when you sue your MVP discount :-)

I really loved shopping here but I think I'm going to have to go somewhere else because of my experience with the deli.
The reason I go to the deli counter is because I prefer to buy my meat shaved. I always order one pound of ham shaved.
4 out of the last 5 times I was there, I was given thicker slices of meat. These were all different staff members too. One woman complained to me that she was slicing too long and gave me .8 pounds of meat because her arm hurt. Another time I got 1.2....was a bit irritated having to pay extra for an amount I didn't need.
If I wanted standard slicing I'd just pick up some the pre-sliced... I have never had this kind of experience at the dozens of supermarket delis I've been to, I am not sure if it's just laziness because it's faster to cut the thicker cuts or an issue with the machine, but once a nice man of color did give me properly shaved meat so I think it's an issue with the other staff.

Friendly people.
Still in 2024.
Looked all in the store for the bags... I had to ask the manager and he was nice and walked me down to the product. Thanks for the excellent help and friendly clean store.

This Specific Location In Rockville MD has the Most Angry and The Most non professional Staff I've ever EVER!! No greets or speak to the customers, when asking to any of the front end employees, they always have frowns on their faces and Never any eye contact. You're pretty much on your own whenever you're looking for a Specific item. I had to ask the milk man for assistance in the Feminine department. I enjoy shopping, BUT NEVER A FOOD LION IN ROCKVILLE MARYLAND, the whole atmosphere is unsettling and Very uncomfortable.

The lady at the customer service kiosk (dark and shiny curly hair) was rude to me when I asked about cashing a check. You guys need to send her for customer service training. She should not be working there with that attitude. I do not recommend anyone to visit the customer service department. My visit was on 4/15/24.

Mr. Nemiah the elderly African American Cashier is very Unfriendly Never says Good Morning! Never says how may I help you! Grunts and growls he makes me feel very uncomfortable and undervalued.
