I have been taking both my big boys to flower valley for about 3 years. We have one very reactive dog Mr Louie who doesn’t like just anyone, (he wears a muzzle) He loved Dr Burns so when he left we were a bit worried but he loved Dr R just as much and is just as amazing!!! He takes the time to make your dog as comfortable as possible and is very much about patient care! They love my boys and my boys love them!! Can’t thank the team enough!

The Dr cares more about making money than being compassinate. He up sells your dogs condition instead of showing possible gum issue. Will not return

My dog has been seeing Dr. R for over a year now, & we both absolutely adore him. My Belgian Malinois feels comfortable with him & enjoys seeing him even when she needs to get poked with needles lol. Dr. R has always been honest with me about Cookie & has provided excellent care each time. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing!

Our dog has been a patient of Dr. Reichenbach’s for years. We love him so much that when he took over Flower Valley, we immediately followed him there. Dr. R’s level of care, compassion, and consideration for our elderly dog’s MULTIPLE issues is unparalleled. We trust him implicitly with our pet’s health and well-being. Whether it was a minor infection or a major surgery, Dr. R was our guy. If you’re looking for a vet, he should be your guy, too.

I grew up on a farm and spent a lot of time around animals. I can tell when people care about animals and when they don’t. Dr. R is someone who cares A LOT about animals. He’s always had my dog’s best interests at heart, and is always very clear when I have multiple options for care, explaining the pros and cons, long term implications, and costs for each. I can’t recommend him and Flower Valley enough!

Don’t waste your time. Took my dog into the clinic on Friday. Was charged $500 for X-rays and bloodwork to be told she’s fine and to just monitor. Fast forward and I took her into the emergency clinic where I was told she has pancreatitis and possibly a slight uterus infection. They did blood work and X-rays here and didn’t find any of this. Crazy. A refund is what I should be getting.

I recently went to this facility to get dog shot updated for her vaccines and was informed that the second time I had to come in for her last diagnosed that it would be a certain price when in fact it was more than would they told me after the service was done indicating that their taxes went up on the vaccine that I was quoted to receive a certain price moving forward I would suggest to ask for the exact price you're paying for before getting the service done

The doctors and staff at this vet are absolutely amazing. I took my husky in for the first time yesterday and everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and made my scared pup feel very safe and comfortable. The doctor answered all my questions and more and really seems to love what he does. They're more focused on taking care of your pet, instead of how much they're going to charge you at the end. I recommend FV vet clinic to anyone looking for a good, honest, top notch, premium quality care for their animals. Thank you so much!

Stay away from this clinic!This clinic is dishonest and will rip you off! They charged me for almost $1000 for only mass removal in my dog's leg something that would cost me much less if I had checked with other clinics.Beside that, the first day doctor told me that they would send the mass to the lab to identify if it is cancerous. However, they didn't include that in the $1000 quote and never told me that the pathology was not included, otherwise I would never accept it. After the surgery they called me and said now if you want to send the tumor to the lab you have to pay another $250!I don't recommend them at all!

I had several bad experiences here but I thought they at least cared about my pet, but I was wrong. They had no interest in helping me when I asked for guidance on treating my dog. Now my dog passed away and I'm left heartbroken feeling not enough was done for him. I learned that I should have followed my instinct and should have gotten a second or even third opinion. I could go on about this place and how inconsiderate and uninterested they were towards my dog.
