Rather than our usual multi-day, exhaustive comparison of manufacturers/models/dealers, we purchased a Crosstrek from Fitzgerald without visiting any other dealerships. This was largely the result of our good fortune in dealing with Chris Veres as our salesperson. Chris was so trustworthy and expert that we needed look no further—five minutes with Chris and you knew you were dealing with an absolutely honest human being. His expert automotive knowledge extended well beyond Subaru, deep into competitors’ territory, and his passion for cars made it clear his enthusiasm for the Crosstrek was absolutely sincere. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience, which persisted in the financing department with an excellent experience as well with Allen Kim. Highly recommend Fitzgerald Subaru!

Waiting room is uncomfortable - sales reps are super loud, shouting across the sales floor, speaking through the glass walls rather than walking into the office. Very unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Would definitely think twice before purchasing a vehicle here. Service personnel were great

Arrived mid-day on the Saturday before Labor Day with my subaru with a nail in the sidewall - the service folks were great and fit me in without a reservation, replaced the damaged tire (which like the other three were almost brand new) and hosted my partner and I to tea and bottled water while waited for about an hour and fifteen minutes or so. Ventured around the corner for a three minute walk to the Eastern European market for fresh baked goods and pastries and rose hip jelly. thanks, guys for the huge help and great service!

An excellent experience from start to end. No hard sell, no push for unnecessary upgrades, and best of all- no haggling! The sale was smooth, and our salesman spent a good half hour in the car with us showing us all the features of our new Subaru.
