Answer your service phone!!!! I have been trying to get through for 20 minutes. It rings and rings and rings. Then someone answered it to transfer me. Rang and rang and rang again, then someone hung up on me. Trying again.

Very courteous service throughout. Good, clean waiting area. But a routine, scheduled service with no surprises took 2.5 hours instead of the 1.5 hours planned.

The Attendant notified me before hand that multiple technicians called out sick and they were behind by a significant amount. I was told about 2.5 hours. Which I was fine with and understanding. But I wish I would have been given an updated time once they realized it was going to take longer. Total time was over 3 hours.

Poor customer service and communication. Did not even get to the point where they were able to look at my car. Just weird experiences. Not returning.

I didn’t find the experience friendly at all. The person who took care of me wasn’t particularly friendly; when I asked how I was going to get home, he gave me an unhelpful answer, essentially telling me that it was my problem. I had to have a discussion with him about getting a loaner. He didn’t offer it; I had to ask and then press the point. As it turned out, by the time I got home, my car was ready. If it was going to be that quick, I might have been told and waited. I may return to Fitzgerald for service, but I wouldn’t guarantee it

The car buying process was the easiest I’ve experienced. Jay was great to work with and helped us figure out a deal that got us in the car we wanted, and Naomi in finance was super efficient while still being thorough. We’ll recommend Fitzgerald to friends for sure.
