Donna Hubbard was very helpful and quick in response during our home/mortgage shopping process. Esepcially for first-time home buyers like us, she provided a lot of useful information and she was knowledgeable and very sincere -- we once considered taking over a VA loan and borrowing a small loan from her bank; although she's not handling it directly, she consulted her connections and gave us the best information she had. We eventually took the mortgage from her -- she was always ready to answer any of our questions. We really appreciate that!

Worst people to get a loan there is a lady name MABEL CLAURE who I only deal with one day and she said it was hard working with me that she had to even go to the hospital SUPER FUNNY !! she was very un professional never returned my calls or emails I even called her 5 times and someone she works with had to call me and let me know she had a emergency like seriously how professional are you that u couldn't even get in contact with me at all PLEASE FIND OTHER LENDERS DONT USE THIS LENDER EVER THEY ARE THE WORST AT WHAT THEY DO THEY DONT WANT TO HELP THE COMMUNITY I submitted my application 2 times and she ask me for the same thing twice after I already had submitted on the app they use its terrible instead of helping they make it worst and then she check my credit with out the application been completed don't waist your time with this people there are a lot of others lenders that are willing to help you get a home.
