This place is extremely terrible at getting there maintenance done also has a sever roach problem
In all building that they do not seem to worried about staff can be pleasant but the bugs are huge problem I woke up several days and my kids had riches in the hair not to mention they are in l approves and the fridge what a health concern

I lived here from 2022-2024 and this place was an answered prayer. From the tranquil, CLEAN environment (in/outside the buildings) to timely service repairs & lifesaving residential management (Especially Ms. Iman), I'm deeply saddened that I had to move because of personal reasons. I was fortunate enough to stay during and after the renovations. Please ignore any comments from anyone who complains about this place! If anything, bugs will come if you don't have clean habits- that goes for anywhere!
The interior design of the apartments have spacious, lux interior (for my soft life people) and it's right outside the city, away from the daily traffic and noise. It may not look all that from the outside but EVERY TIME I hosted guests, they were genuinely surprised and almost always wanted to move in or start an application here. There's even a lake and a big park (with tennis/basketball courts) next to it. When my car broke, the rideon and metro was walking distance. Grocery stores everywhere. & most importantly, it's an extremely safe area monitored by PO everynight. Oh! & everyone minds their business and is so kind/respectful. I love playing loud music and everytime I thought I was making too much noise, my neighbors assured me they couldn't hear anything! Man, the price is well worth everything this place offers, not gonna lie. (Even water is free!)
If you're looking for a place, this is it. Schedule a tour with Ms. Iman and thank me later. I've never met such a genuine and responsive Apt. manager that actually stays like that no matter what how rough situation is.

Iman Chinn is absolutely the best!!! I'm telling you!! She is very personable, and went above and beyond for us throughout our move-in process. With Iman you are actually dealing with a person who cares. She put in the time and effort for us and we are so thankful! Loving my Parkside Landing experience!!!

Iman is the hardest working resident manager, this young lady has a very bright future ahead of her. She deal with the tenants with care. She made the transition simple and easy and dealing her and her staff its always service with a smile... We at parkside Landing thank and appreciate you. Keep up the good work!

Don’t rent here . I had problems with a Maintenance man stealing from my apartment an when I told the property manager Ms.Cleone about it she got upset with me an i am the victim . My Apt differently has a mice & Cockroach infestation here . There is pictures below ⬇️ save your self the trouble .

Loved every moment of Moving Here! So Peaceful and Quiet.. As well as the Young Ladies at the Front office Are Immaculate! Especially Iman, That young lady needs a raise! In the Mist of Signing my lease, She helped over Two people and took a call., And was Still able to help me complete my lease before closing! Speechless! Wonderful place!

Great property. Looking forward to moving here in the next few months. The management team was very helpful. Manager took her time to make sure all of my questions were answered. She was very accommodating and made feel like I was at home. The property is well maintained.

I Reach out to the parkside property and i have spoken to the manager Cleone and when i arrive, I was greeted by iman. I was able to take a tour and it like wow everything was amazing from the staff to the niebours saying hi. The place is clean and very neat.

Please, please do not by a condo at fireside unless you decide to pay $150 every time you park here, even if you have a pass on your vehicle. These parasites,especially the so called HOA reps has partnership with the towing co. in stealing peoples car. It so sad you can not visit family and friends without it costing you now adays.
