WORST SERVICE EVER. We visited last week and found something we liked. A sales assistant gave us an appointment for Tues. at 10 am. We showed up. The rudest front desk employee ever tells us (1) we have no appointment, (2) we could never have had an appt., because no cabinet expert works on Tuesdays, and (3) she will not make us a different appointment. Meanwhile three employees watched, hands in pockets, offering no help. LOST OUR BUSINESS.

Very poor customer service and misleading information. Bought a high quality Miele coffee machine from them a year ago and paid extra to have them install it as that was the only way to get a warranty on it. The Miele warranty describes that it is a 2-year warranty if installed by them. Here we are one year later and the machine is broken and trying to get it fixed has been an absolute nightmare. I have patiently contacted them multiple times, been re-routed to Miele, then re-routed back to them, then again back to Miele with no avail. Despite numerous attempts with both companies, they are saying it is not covered by warranty although I have documents that clearly state it is. Miele says it's 1 year unless Ferguson installed, which they did, but say they need a note from them saying this to add the extended year, and Ferguson has been less than helpful in making this happen despite numerous emails and phone calls. If I could go back in time, I would never have gotten this machine from them and will never order anything from either Miele or Ferguson in the future. What a waste of money and time. The time waste was the worst as I have spent hours on the phone on hold waiting for someone to figure this out and almost 2 months into the process still have no help and am just being told I have to pay for it to be fixed.

Unfortunately, Ferguson is one of the few on-stop shops for high-end appliances and bath/light fixtures so they are using this to their advantage--a lot of homeowners and contractors use them without questioning their service, prices nor products. We had a sales person who was dedicated to help us--besides aesthetics, my partner is very involved in the functionality aspects of items and I would say the sales person was less helpful with those particular questions. Also, when we had questions post-visits, she was for awhile non-responsive. Anyways, we did make a rather large purchase of many appliances early last year--due to delays, they were shipped out to us a few months later--and as our home was under renovation, we could not occupy it until later in the year (we had to get an inspection and there is proof that we could only occupy and thus, use the appliances after that date).Anyways, we have somewhat minor issues with two appliances that we can live with, but a more significant smell issue with the stove--anyways, after being disconnected and calling back on my own for 4 times today--I was informed that they can't send a tech to inspect the issues as it's been over 1 year from the actual date of purchase--even though we didn't receive the items until several months later, and then could not move into the house for awhile. So basically, we had perhaps 4 months to figure out if something is wrong in the midst of moving/settling in.Warning to future homeowners, especially if you are doing renovations/building, if you can't use the appliances immediately to figure out a problem, I would go elsewhere. Also, their filing of claim system is antiquated and while you may have purchased from them and there is a clear invoice, they still want both a model and serial number....for the stove, there is no serial number that is easily located as it was installed and likely the tag was taken off (who cooks with a tag on?)Separately, while we did make a large purchase with appliances--my partner and I did do more research and got our lighting fixtures and bath accessories elsewhere as we got more dedicated attention to those items at respective stores, and also better pricing.

Highly overrated by word of mouth. Deeply disappointed with prices and selection, not to mention a laborious process to purchase that takes forever. Let's talk delivery. The guy delivered the item not to our door like we requested but to the back yard! Never called and supposedly had the construction guys back there sign off on it---there actually was no signature on the receipt. We had waited and waited for this delivery and wasted our time because why would the construction guys bother to tell us we had a delivery? I will never use this place again, and I have a basement remodel with full bath in a couple years. Like someone else said, "If there were zero stars I would rate them a zero." Ditto.

Someone told me that they have everything, but they didn't have much stocks at all on shower drain. Furthermore, employees were not friendly.

Worst customer service EVER!!!...I show up close to close. Before time. Door is already locked. Lady comes to the door and proceeds to tell me to hurry up. I tell her I will and then tells me "that's what you all say". Seriously??....I've been in the store 5 min and proceeds to find me and tell me I have to leave because they want to close even though there are other customers in with consultants. Can tell you one thing, this location will get NO MONEY from me. Stay away. Choose any other Ferguson other then this one. Funny. They also won't let you leave a negative review on Google either. Haha...this place sucks!

If there were zero stars I would rate them a zero. I ordered any dishwasher in stock and was told it was in stock and just needed to be shipped from warehouse and would receive by thanksgiving as it was in stock. Not so and never had in stick and still don't have it three months later. They lied. They charged my credit card the first day of order three months ago. I have called and called. One salesman was to look for another washer in stock but didn't ever return calls. Have waited on hold only to be disconnected. I have left messages. Which were never returned. This company is running a business in your money.
