This location deserves 0. I walked and nobody assisted me for over 10 minutes, I didn’t get a hello. However the gentleman and woman were working was having I guess a more important conversation than helping the customer! I recommend going down the street to the other location for help. This location needs to be closed and those who work there need to be fired!

Unreliable. Paid $186 for overnight package to arrive (from MD to FL) by 11:30 am. Package not delivered until later that afternoon and FedEx customer service unable to assist. If your shipment is a priority, *do not* use this location/service!

We stopped at this FedEx right across from the Navy Federal. I needed help printing and Mizan noticed I was struggling and came right over with a smile to offer her assistance. She was so kind and very knowledgeable of the printer. Thank you Mizan. Highly recommend using this FedEx for all your copy and printing needs.

I've always had a pleasant experience at this location until last week. I came in with a Happy Return (prepaid by retailer) as I have probably 3-4 times in the past. I explained this to the employee (I now know to be a manager), she scanned my barcode for the return, and told me that the code was invalid and that I would have to reach out to the retailer. Mind you, this was a Sunday at 2:00pm. After an hour of sitting in my car calling, text chatting, and emailing with the company to get a new code, I finally went back in the store to try again. At this point a different employee helped me, and let me know that this location no longer accepts Happy Returns. An hour wasted when the manager herself was either unaware or unwilling to disclose this information at first. I will stick to UPS for the foreseeable future.

Recently visited the FedEx shipping center in North Bethesda and was impressed by their outstanding service. The staff here are not only extremely friendly but also genuinely committed to going above and beyond to assist customers. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and helpfulness, making this location highly recommended for anyone needing shipping services. Exceptional experience!
