Poor, poor, poor service.I asked both of the staff to print something out for custom size (10.5 x 14), and they both said they couldn't. The funny thing is I've been there for 2 years for the same job and I didn't have any problems.I was standing there for 2-3min, and they just ignored me. I experienced several por services, but this is the worst. I wish their boss knows how they work.By the way, I printed exactly what I wanted from other FedEx (about 2-3 miles away from this one).

I went there to pick up a package. I did not get the young man's name from FedEx but he helped me place this huge package in my car. It was really cold outside and he didn't stop to get his jacket. Really appreciate his assistance. Thanks.

Overall great unless you need a handicap parking spot, employees apparently get priority and are able to stay the length of their shift instead of parking literally 4 spots over.

Yesterday I had to print out a page for a badge application with the county. I arrived at 8:45 with plenty of time before my 9:45 appointment which was only a five minute drive from this location. At 9 am, the store wasn't open, nor did it even have the lights on. I was waiting outside with four other people. After 10 minutes I checked to see if there was another location nearby and luckily there was. I kid you not: I drove to the other location, printed my application, drove past this location and at almost 9:30 people were STILL waiting outside. I have been using GedEx/Kinkos for years and have never witnessed this clear and blatant disregard of people's time. Completely unprofessional.

Don't go here if you really need anything but drop off. One unhelpful employee, who said my return code didn't work, then turned away.

100 lb Package left near sidewalk, was slammed down and slid, left blocking exit off property and blocking my vehicles driver door. I am disabled and this leaves me in a very dangerous situation if there is an emergency, and leaves me completely unable to leave my home. Called support and was told there is nothing they can do, then they hung up.

I thought I needed Fed Ex but it was UPS. Eric and Johnathon greeted me as I walked in. Super chill, helpful and responsive. They helped advise what I needed to do and walked me thru packaging my own own box as I was fumbling with labels and tape

Becoming my go-to Fed Ex. Conveniently located on the pike, across from Marlo. You have to approach it from the same side of the street, so I tend to approach via First St/Wootton Pkwy. Previously, I did not know that you could not drop off at all Fed Ex locations? I had a return I was shipping with a prepaid label and went first to the FedEx ship center off Gude and Calhoun. Staff was very nice but said they couldn't take my package there? They could only make labels? It was confusing, but the long and short of it was I directed to this location. The times I've been here since have all been fast and friendly! Parking is a little tricky, but the most efficient experiences I've had with Fed Ex for dropping things off :)

I generally like FedEx but printing PDFs is terrible! For what I think is a standard 1-page PDF, I usually get DuckPDF.exe error and it takes a few minutes to try to open it but fails, which is pathetic and maddening!
