I live in the 3rd floor and multiple times the driver will leave my packages on the 1st floor or at the wrong apartment. Most of my packages are from Chewy and are 40lbs. Last Christmas it was a 60lb freezer, lazy drivers. Make sure you not only file an official complaint with FedEx also call the company you purchased your order from.

FedEx Delivery Drivers Are The Absolute WORST For TWO DAYS I've been home waiting on my package. The 1st day the driver didnt even knock on my door and then again today he didnt knock on the door. I didnt even know they were here untill i saw the email that they attempted to deliver it and then when I went and opened the door i see the delivery man pulling out my parking lot , im yelling for him to come back and this man looks at me then proceeds to keep driving out of my neighborhood at high speed. Once i receive my package I'll be sure to advise my school to NEVER SHIP THROUGH FEDEX AGAIN. YOU ALL ARE UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL LIARS AND I REFUSE TO SUPPORT ANY ESTABLISHMENT WHO"S EMPLOYEES LACK CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.!YOU GET NO STARS FROM ME THE ONLY REASON I GAVE A STAR WAS SO I CAN POST

Scammers! Be aware if you are trying to ship. The lady at the counter thought she is slick by putting her hand on the package and hope I wouldn't notice to make the package heavier than what it is. When I caught on to her she tried to argue that the weight of the package doesn't impact the shopping cost , it's the package value bahahaha.. stay away!!

I needed a document to be copied and also scanned and done professionally. Deidra at this store was extremely helpful and scanned the document including a complicated large page and made my copies. She was courteous and patient and also walked me through the process of emailing the scanned documents. Overall the experience was more than satisfactory and I was able to get everything done fast and efficiently. I have also had positive experiences at this store in the past. Thank you Diedra.

I don't often go to FedEx to ship or pickup packages but I found myself at this location last week. There were three employees to assist the customers which kept any wait time short. The traffic seemed to increase as the 4 pm hour approached. Besides the dropping off of packages someone picked up a print order and one man needed to set up an in-store pickup as he was never home when a signature was necessary for a package to be delivered. The store has a self service counter with shipping supplies and a greeting card rack with cute & funny cards for every occasion and person. I saw a FedEx driver come into the store to pickup customer's packages. I believe there was one more pickup for a bit later that afternoon. The store is clean and bright and has a friendly & pleasant overall atmosphere. If you are near here & have a package tracking, shipping or pickup need or want a professional quality print order check it out. Until next time be kind to each other. @yelpdc #fedexstore

Was in this location earlier today printing a shipping label. At first, I entered the from, to information incorrectly so I did another label and printed it. Two employees reassured me that I wouldn't be charged for the incorrect label. Not only was I charged for two labels, but I was also, quite unexpectedly, charged a $20 deposit? fee.Bad bad business!

I don't use FedEx much. I like the idea of their partners using these offices for returns. It's convenient and then I discover all the services they offer. I didn't know what a flutter flag was until I walked into this FedEx.Staff are usually very courteous. Sometimes they have taped a box a bit more when they saw I hadn't done a good job.
