It was less busy and the service was great. Wish I did not have to go to another location to print out my label. Overall, place if you have a package ready to go.

I would leave a zero star if I could. This is a terrible location. They notified me that I have a package to pick up via phone without leaving a notification on my door. The man I spoke with was extremely rude and aggressive, refused to even tell me where he’s calling from. When I arrived a couple of days later, they said it’s already sent back to the return location. The people working here are so slow and leave you to attend to other businesses and take care of other things. We can’t wait indefinitely. I was here for 40 minutes to get a receipt confirmation. Completely unprofessional staff with no respect for their clients. Given that this is a private business and their service is not cheap, I wonder how they work at such an ineffective rate. I will call fedex to also complain about this location.

This fedex has the worst customer service ever. The employees laughed at the customers when they are mad instead of helping they laughed while they talk to the customer. Also they made me go pick up my package and then told me it was sent back to the company who sent it. It was all planned out by both employees there because i call before and spoke to two managers and they told me to be there before 8:15pm. As soon as i walked inside the store one was laughing then went and got another employee and they were both saying i cant get my package while they laughed. I drove 30 minutes to get my package and its not fair what these employees did.

FedEx says it tried to deliver my package today; that is simply not true. I've been home all day, and I even saw the FedEx truck speeding by without stopping. You need to keep accurate records.

Update: another package I have to sign for and they only come at one time everyday in the morning when I'm at work. Instead of using their brain and trying a later time the next day. After a annoying phone call with robots I have to drive 40 mins to pick up the stupid package. A conplete joke of a delivery companyThe most disorganized joke of a shipping company, I have 3 packages that need delivery with an ID for me to show, I've called and spent a million calls and pain dealing with these morons who keep lying saying they will deliver after 1 or have it at a location near my house for 5 days, but then they move it the next day and say sending it back to shipper after a week of phone calls, and talking with robotic customer service

Your driver waited for 10 seconds after knocking on the door for a package that required a signature. I wasn't able to get off my work call quickly enough before he decided to just leave. I understand your guys are buys, but BOTH our cars were in the driveway. Now we have to wait until next week for my wife to get her phone delivered because you can't seem to wait an extra couple seconds for someone to get to the door.

This place is a complete joke. Left work early, just to be able to sign for my package. Actually sitting at the door waiting for FedEx to knock. No one ever came to the door. Then I suddenly get a message stating that there was a failed delivery attempt. So I immediately called customer service. The rep did not listen to me, and rudely talked over me. While trying to explain to him that there wasn't a failed attempt to deliver, because FedEx never showed up. He just kept stating that the address was correct and matched what was on my account. After pleading with him to connect me with someone else, he told me no that he wasn't going to connect me to anyone else. So I had to literally hang up and call back which connected me to someone that directed me to pick up my package at the FedEx location. So now I'm waiting until 6:00 p.m. to drive to another city to pick up my package. Hoping that the services there isn't as awful as the driver and rep. Never again will I have a package delivered through FedEx.

Terrible customer service.This fedex location returned my package to the store and displayed horrible communication. I lost $1000 in discounts due to their negligence. The phone line does not allow you to speak to a real person and the store staff is extremely unhelpful. The manager stepped out the office saw me and did nothing to help. Unempathic and unprofessional. The status listed online does not provide a adress for the package and does not indicate delivery attempts.

Simply came to the gate of the development and marked the package as an attempted delivery. Never mind UPS, Amazon, and USPS all successfully delivered both days. When I called FedEx they told me to go to this location after 2:00pm and I could pick up my package. When I arrive they told me the driver was still out and I couldn’t get the package.

FedEx tells me the package will be delivered between hours of 8 am to 8 pm. But the delivery driver refuses to ring my doorbell or knock on my door, so it's impossible for me to know exactly the moment when the driver will arrive. I've asked the FedEx customer representative to notify me by phone call or text message 2-3 minutes before the drivers arrive every day since, and they always promised me that it would happen; but it never did.Today I installed a camera and microphone next to the door and I was able to capture the evidence. I have a recording of the exact same thing happening as the previous 2 days: The driver came, posted a sticker on my door and left. 2 minutes later I receive a text message telling me I missed the package so I ran out of my room to try and get my package but the driver was already gone.My advice to you: Avoid using FedEx at all costs.
