I was with Bruce for a few years but after several issues where he and my mortgage company weren’t communicating, I moved to another insurance agency. When trying to get my last payment back, it turned into an over a month long process where he said he sent the money back to my mortgage company and they said he didn’t. Finally come to find out he had it the whole time. Lots of lies and excuses and blaming my mortgage company when he was in the wrong the whole time. Pretty sure it was purposeful and he simply tried to take my money. Tried to put in a complaint with Farmers with little luck but my advice would be to avoid.
