I had a wonderful experience at Extended Stay America! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for my extended stay. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Wazhma. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. From a warm welcome at check-in to her willingness to help with any questions or requests, she truly made my experience special. Wazhma is a true asset to the team, and I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend

Great customer service!
The initial room I was put in, the bathroom light didn't work. I let them know and they were very friendly. I was moved to another room and I'm very grateful for the amazing service.

bhuwan is the best associate in this location. he does every effort to make guest comfortable.i am here with family and he helped me a lot will surely recomand this location because of their frendlyness. its in the centerso the city so has access to everywhere

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the sheets were clean. I don’t understand how they earned a 4 star rating with mold on the ceiling, a nasty damp smell in the room, alarm beeping all night long, doors slamming from 3 am on, no trash can in the bathroom, refrigerator so old and loud we had to unplug it, breakfast was non existent at 8 am, and the front desk was not manned for long periods. I will include a photo of the breakfast set up. Please note the toilet paper on the counter.

My experience was nice due to front desk reps: Grechel and Binuka and Evelyn on the cleaning staff...they were personable and professional. Thank you for a nice stay...
Rooms: Had everything we needed for a interim stay. Clean and well equipped.

Bhuwan is an excellent example of what a true employee should be: he’s efficient, orderly, and calm spirited overall and I am definitely pleased with his services he offers here at ESA!
Safety: My stay in ESA is very satisfying. It has a friendly environment, staff are so nice and welcoming. I have very helpful people like Bhuvan and Binuka who always help us .
