From the moment we started meeting with contractors for renovating our kitchen, master bathroom and a few other smaller jobs, we were big fans of our project manager Lakeisha. Knowledgeable, personable and worked with us to get our job done as quickly as possible. Whenever we didn't know what to do, or if an appliance might not fit, a quick test to Lakeisha would fix it. We plan on doing more in the future and will definitely be sticking with Experts Remodle.

But let me tell you why. In a time we are used to poor customer service, disappointment, no follow through and poor outcome, Lakeisha and the contractor Vito cannot compare to anyone else when it comes to customer service and quality of work. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! A few of my retired contractors friends who saw the work and heard about how everything was handled told me that that's the best they've ever seen and heard of. Lakeisha went to bat with the insurance company and got done what I needed to get done. I did not need to handle talking to the insurance company once I filed a claim she handled EVERYTHING!!! Vito is an artist and his attention to detail is simply astounding. He left absolutely nothing undone. Not one detail was overlooked. I am so grateful to have found them after having several consultations from other contractors that left me deflated and disappointed. They are a dream team. I have even recommended them to others, including a retired contractor who like I said, saw their work and didn't think twice about hiring them. By the way, I waited almost a year to do the review And I am still in love with my bathroom. And now they are doing work on my father-in-law's house as well.

After consulting with four different contractors, we hired Experts Remodel to do our kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier. David was great from start to finish, offering advice on everything from groute color to cabinet configuration. We were able to design our dream kitchen, and David and his team executed it perfectly. What really impressed me was their willingness to make small changes (ie we'd like the hanging light eight inches closer to the wall) that would require a decent amount of work on their end but would result in our perfect kitchen. David and his team consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were fully satisfied, and we couldn't be happier.

We contracted with Experts Remodel to completely remodel our bathroom, and we could not be happier with the result. They did a fantastic job for us. This was a major remodel, requiring a complete demo down to studs and subfloor, repairing water damaged to the existing structure, re-routing sewer and plumbing to accommodate relocation of vanity, shower and toilette, then reframing to remove a closet, moving/adding doors, and a completely new shower.Eli, the Project Manager, was with us every step of the way, stopping by almost daily to coordinate the work, inspect progress, answer questions, and help with fixture and tile selections. The result was even better than we had hoped for. I've dealt with many contractors over the years, and I've never had an experience as positive as this. I definitely recommend you consider these folks for your next remodeling job.

Happy Thanksgiving!I’m a bit late with my review but I’m hoping my feedback will reflect my entire process with Experts Remodel - from consultation to 6-months later.Last spring I reached out to multiple contractors to get their quotes and opinions on the two bathrooms I wanted remodeled. I met with one of their project managers, Danielle, who couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me with my design. Unlike other contractors, Danielle was thoughtful of my vision and provided great suggestions on how I could best use my space. Before I had even committed, she introduced me to the team she oversees, helmed by Vito, and the broader management facilitated by David.To Danielle, Vito, and David, Kudos! The last thing that you want with a multi-week renovation is unresponsiveness. All three were constantly in touch during the entire 5 week process. Danielle came by every day to evaluate progress and texted me about my needs. Vito reached out whenever he had a question about certain placements or suggestions of how something would work better. David never missed a chance to swing by to check in and drop off some specialty Cokes.All-in-all I had two full bathrooms remodeled. And they look gorgeous!So, why wait 6 months to write a review?1) Some pipes that were outside of the scope of the project got damaged during the remodel. Danielle, David, and Vito were super responsive in fixing the problem free of charge. They wanted a great bathroom as much as I did.2) I wanted to give everything some time to settle. Old house, changing weather, etc. I wanted to make sure that my assessment of their work wasn’t just aesthetic - how has it held up in the last 6 months? Was it worth it?My answer is, emphatically, yes. I’m super happy with the work that Experts Remodel has done and will likely use them for any other home improvement projects I have in the future.~Christopher

From quoting through to completion, Eli and his crew were wonderful to work with: good communication, respectful of the property, and they did beautiful work. ER were reasonably priced and provided good value for money. Eli provided good design input and pointed us towards some great choices at Floor & Decor to help refine our ideas. Would definitely use Experts Remodel again.

I want to express my utmost satisfaction with Expert Remodeling, who delivered an outstanding home renovation. From designing the floor plan to the installation of new flooring, kitchen replacement, electrical work, and exterior and interior painting, they handled it all efficiently and with excellent craftsmanship. What's truly remarkable is that they accomplished all of this in just two weeks while my family and I were overseas on vacation. Finished 1200 sq ft basement. Daniel was my project manager. She always answered the phone, always on time. It was a big project, and exciting yet also stressful times. Daniel and her teams made it easier with so many workers involved. Price was middle of several quotes I received, so reasonable. There were few details that I didn't like, but once I specified, they made it work, even when it meant they had to do it again. Highly recommended.

Working with Danielle and Experts Remodel has been an absolute dream! We were nervous about the remodeling process— we’ve heard so many horror stories— but it has been nothing but smooth sailing. Danielle has always been ahead of schedule and under budget— the prices are reasonable but the work quality is exceptional. Danielle is such a visionary; we started with a small bathroom remodel and are now about to start our fourth project, something we didn’t think was possible! Can’t recommend Experts Remodel enough!
