I love this store. The best part is that you can get free design consultation from a professional designer. You just has to paid for the furniture. I liked the idea that most of the pieces are still made in the USA.

So reliable, over two generations of great service to our family. Yes, it's more expensive, takes a while, but you know you're getting great, American made furniture, and that it will last more than one generation.

We bought two sofas and been very disappointed with the fabric quality. It’s discolored and several patches on the fabric in 5-6 yrs. We really didn’t expect from a premium furniture company where you expect overall quality. Why should one pay premium when the quality is probably worse than of their competitors. We have sofa set from another well reputed furniture store and been longer and fabric quality is far superior. I am happy to post pictures here to show the fabric quality.

Ethan Allen is not what it used to be! Pillows were ordered and paid for upfront. A few days later they called and said the fabric for 2 of the pillows had been canceled and that I should come to the store again to order something else. Too busy couldn’t come. When the third pillow came they notified me I came a month later, when I could, it was the wrong pillow. They never told me in all of this time and tried covering it up by ordering another pillow. Fortunately I came before the second re ordered pillow arrived I said no because that pillow was purchased to match the pillows they didn’t have and that I wanted a refund of the money. That was two weeks and two requests ago and I still do not have my money. In addition, the delivery people were a challenge. My sofa stayed at the warehouse for a month because they could not deliver to me on a day I was available. And, when they finally did it was not in the 4 hour window they had given me. I don’t think I will do business with them again! And finally, the designer that worked with me resigned according to them!

Dennis Pollard, a Design Leader and Chris Nguyen, a Design Consultant were wonderful to work with. They were both knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly as I chose a rug and decided about a protection plan. Thanks again to both!

Ethan Allen in general, their furniture is beautiful with Good quality. With pandemic their delivery time is way behind compare to other brands like RH or Arhaus. Also if you are trying to get to IDA program it is so complicated and needs a lot of back and forth compare to rest of furniture stores such as Arhaus, Crate&barrel, CB2 and more. Also remember to ask for their free design consultation before purchasing to make sure it fits your room. So far I only have received one out of 5-6 items that I’m happy with but everything else has been pushed back a few times and I still haven’t been approved in their IDA program as a designer with 7 years of experience working in industry. I hope they catch up with their orders and change their IDA process.

while the person at the store was lovely and helpful, the chairs that we ordered came months later looking shabby. The chairs were badly finished and nicked. I had a specialsit look at them and he said that the workmanship was poor. The chairs were NONREFUNDABLE and thousands of dollars. I would NOT use this company to purchase nice furniture Again not would I recommend them.

I am very pleased with the sofa buying experience at Ethan Allen. The designer was patient and helpful with no hard sell. The sofa was delivered rather quickly given the supply chain issues experienced worldwide. The delivery was expertly done. I will likely purchase again from Ethan Allen.

Elderly, we walked into the showroom with much experience in furniture shopping and decorating across the decades behind us, unexpectedly needing to replace a destroyed home. Met at the door by an Ethan Allen decorator, Stephanie Vordick, we found her to be uncommonly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If she is representative of the Ethan Allen decorators, it is a rare level of assistance they can provide. The delivery of our furniture was, inevitably, delayed by the Covid hold-up, yet it not only arrived sooner than we had anticipated, but the decorator kept us informed all the while.The furniture itself was of high quality, and with the decorator's assistance in selecting fabrics, we were even more pleased than we had anticipated. There were NO problems with either the white glove delivery of our satisfaction. In truth, we were surprised to have such satisfaction from a large commercial outfit. Five stars.

Our Designer, Ellen, was absolutely terrific! She even came to our home and offered advice on colors and pieces we might consider. She listened to our needs and desires and helped us choose fabrics we might not have considered. We love the look of our new rooms! Excellent service and delivery. Quality furniture.
