Edward and Ellen with EQCO Real estate are our property managers and they are just fantastic. We are an active duty military family, moving a lot and the stressors that come along with moving is nothing new to us. We wanted to keep our property in the National Capitol region due to our great interest rate we have with our mortgage. I would not have trusted any other company to take care of our home and leasing out the property. Edward and Ellen are quick to respond, very kind, they are both knowledgeable and incredibly approachable. It brings me so much peace knowing they are serving as our property managers. We love that they are a family owned business and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I give them a 5 out 5 stars rating. I can’t recommend this company enough. They make our life easier and we feel very lucky to have them in our corner.

My wife and I have been landlords and we've been tenants. Our experience with EQCO (the whole team) has been positive in every respect. They are professional, kind, responsive, and diligent. They say what they're going to do and follow through. They're some of the best out there and we highly recommend them.

Doesn’t even deserve a star
First time dealing with a realtor on behalf of a relative family . A realtor name Caleb was very very rude on a first spoken .
Don’t recommend doing business with this person . Very unprofessional and seems to be dishonest, sweet talks to people and then shows off true colors . Never again with this person . SHAME !!!

Edward has been an amazing property manager to us for the last 3 years. He is kind, fair, and very diplomatic. He is well-connected and brings high value to anyone he works with. and I can only trust him with my property now! I have worked with a lot of different property managers before and they just don't understand the business or owner's POV very well. Edward was quick to find us new tenants each year and they were good quality candidates as well. I truly feel like he is on your side and fighting for your best interest. I highly recommend Edward to anyone looking for an agent, whether it is to sell your home, rent, or manage your property. Thank you for all that you do for the community Edward!

I found Edward on Yelp. I decided to hire him as my property manager based on the reviews but I wasn't sure what to expect. Boy am I blown away! Edward took over the management of my property and arranged for a deep clean the day after I signed the contract. Two days later he had someone out to do minor repairs and boom within a few days, he had an awesome renter with great credit already lined up. I am impressed with the level of professionalism that he has exhibited and his efficiency. He responds to any of your questions or concerns very quickly. He also uses an online system where you can track all repairs and pay bills in an instant. His fees are also very reasonable. I rarely leave online reviews. However, I am so impressed by him I feel like I must leave a review. If you are looking for a property manager look no further. HIRE HIM NOW!!!!! Thank you Edward for everything that you have done for me.

I have had an absolutely atrocious time with EQCO. My husband and I were looking into a rental property and submitted applications. While in the beginning communication was alright, once our applications were submitted we have heard absolutely nothing. None of our voice-mails have been returned, no emails responses. Absolutely nothing. Pretty concerning that all of our private information is listed on those applications and the agents can't take time out of their day to call myself or my husband back.

Top Notch Service - Top Notch Everything!I interviewed three realtors before settling on Edward Quach of EQCO Realty. From the word “go,” Edward was by far the most prepared- he came to the house with a customized list of comps and a marketing plan, and had already put some thought into his initial suggestion for the price target. Of the other two other two realtors I interviewed (both from “big name” realty groups), one didn’t have a price target and asked ME where it should be set without coming prepared with comps, and the other strongly pushed a starting price that was $50,000 under where I started (and sold) with Edward.Edward isn’t about pricing low to secure a quick sale. He worked with me to set a realistic price target and outlined a marketing plan to get us there. He didn’t mind spending the time to help me understand my options, including taking the time to outline what the costs and revenue stream might look like if I chose to rent out the property versus selling it with him.Edward was always easy to get ahold of- if I ever needed to leave a message (which was seldom), I always received a return call within a few minutes. There was never a point where I felt that I was disconnected or didn’t have any control over the process.My property was in good condition overall, but needed some work. I contacted my usual handyman for an estimate (repainting entire interior, carpet for two floors, minor drywall patching, re-grouting a bathroom, replacement of smoke detectors, etc.) and the estimate came in at $25k. I reached out to Edward for help, and his network of contractors got everything done, and done well, for less than half of my handyman’s price. When I needed to leave the state to secure a lease on a new property, Edward stepped up to inspect the contractors’ work. He sent photos, and offered a video tour to ensure the work was to my satisfaction. Later, when the HOA decided that me asking for a resale package meant that they should notice me to fix four items that they hadn’t seen fit to complain about in the preceding 10 years (a few days before closing, no less) Edward came to the rescue again- all I had to do was send him the HOA’s list of fixes, and he coordinated directly with his people to get everything resolved.When we had to make the big move in a rush, some important items got left behind accidentally. Edward came to the rescue again, personally running to the old house and shipping a huge box of items to my new address.Long story short, choosing Edward and EQCO was a solid win. This was my first home sale, and I was nervous. Edward was knowledgeable, explained what was happening with the sale (and my options) at each stage of the process, and kept me informed throughout. I highly, highly recommend Edward. Do yourself a favor, and go with Edward- you’ll find him to be as responsive, trustworthy, and protective of your interests as I found him to be.
