This is the second time in the last coupe years I've needed to use Enterprise while getting a repair and I am very happy with how easy and convenient they made things. Specifically at this location, the manager Travis was awesome and his team went above and beyond to make things easier for me, helping me both before and after the repair! Yasmine was also helpful and went out of her way. Thank you to Travis, Elijah and the whole team! Our family appreciates it!!

Travis, who checked me in on a Saturday is patient and professional. They are extremely busy and he handles every customer with grace.He thanked me for my veteran service by just acknowledging it on my record. It means alot.

My experience at Enterprise@ White Flint was great. Travis had me in and out in no time. He was wonderful at explaining everything and accommodating to what I wanted. I am definitely going back. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience with the team at this Enterprise location. Sahr was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. It was also the first time any rental car company provided me transportation to and from the repair shop. I would definitely consider this location for my future rental car needs.

TO BE AVOIDED. I had a bad experience with this Enterprise office (11760B Parklawn Dr, Rockville, MD) and will never use Enterprise again. I drove one of their cars for about three weeks on an insurance job. First contact with the office was by the insurance company, not me, so Enterprise obviously knew all the terms. When I picked up the car, I was told that I would have to pay a small daily amount “for some things that the insurance company doesn’t cover” or words to that effect. I was not told that the actual reason for out-of-pocket expense incurred by me was simply that the office had, without so advising me, set me up with a more expensive car than would be paid for in total by the insurance company. My belief is that the associate deliberately avoided mentioning this. A week after I returned the car the office charged my credit card for the accrued cost. I then called the office to request a hard-copy, US mailed invoice (which by the way they never sent), and in the course of the discussion it developed that the costs were for the more expensive car. When I complained that I should have been told at the time, the representative became rather belligerent, saying that the responsibility is all with me, not Enterprise, to insure that I’m getting what I want. They even went on to say that if I complained any further they would put me on their Do Not Rent To list – hardly an issue with me since I will never use Enterprise again.

All the agents I met a talk to were very polite. It’s very hard now a days to find a polite person at service counter. I thought I was in a different world. Keep it up guys. Great service over all.

extremely poor service as thid corporation hss no customer service!!! as a reult of an insurance claim i was given a car eith the chrck engine light on, exterior/interior of car was filyhy on a saturday morning and told thry hsd nothing else...roadside assistance directed me to 7 shops thst refused to switch the vehicle and i was left stranded at one shop after the car was finally picked up. i called every corporate number, left msgs for managers whivh went unanswered and no resolve except to go to hertz whivh was a far better, stressless service!!! enterprise service isnt worth the aggravation or attention as their bottom line is your money....not your safety or satisfaction!!! zero recommendation for this unresponsive, inept, burdensome car service'n

one word - awful! it is shocking how unprofessional and indifferent these people are. made a reservation over the phone and was assured that the vehicle is there and available. when showed up at the office, noone knew of the reservation (they later located it) but said that they don't have any cars like that and would not offer any alternatives. basically told me to "go fish" in a manner speaking. the manager Andy Kwiatkowski, frankly not the brightest individual out there, and the rest of the front desk staff were incredibly rude and condescending. one of them was borderline threatening. there is zero customer service and they really don't care. it's incredible, beyond belief. DO NOT EVER do any business with these people or Enterprise period. that is if you have any self-respect and want to get any basic service.

The car I received was smaller than expected since there were no other options. It lacked many of the current safety features. I didn’t feel safe driving it.

Customer service was amazing as always. Travis helped me and the other manager don’t know his name. I hate that the cars override your personal ez pass. Like why am I getting billed with additional fees when I’m using my own ez pass. It didn’t used to be this way.

I bought my car from Enterprise in 2019 after years of renting from Enterprise and its competitors. Enterprise is the best of the bunch. Customer service first of all but the cars and cleaned and road worthy. Pick ups and drop offs appreciated.
