Do not rent a car from this franchise- they claim damage to the car if you do not accept the insurance. I have had this happen as well as another person at my job. They then bill an extra $1000 for damage that I know did not occur. It is not an honest business! Don't risk the headache!

I’ve rented with enterprise before and typically never have issues. After my accident and having to deal with those unfortunate circumstances, it was refreshing to receive such great customer service from Kennedy. He was able to accommodate me immediately and I was very pleased with his great service. After having my car for about a week, I was having issues with the car and had to get it switched out. I called customer service multiple times over a span of 3-4 days, spoke with at least 4-5 different representatives, was given empty promises and never received a call back nor did I receive a different car. So I decided to call the enterprise where I initially received the rental and was helped by Kayla. Kayla was also extremely helpful. I was already really frustrated at this point due to the bad customer service I received when trying to get assistance with Enterprise’s customer service. Kayla was really understanding, composed, and proactive in getting me situated with a new rental. From that point on, I had the car for about 2 more weeks. Kayla and Kennedy really helped put me at ease while navigating through an already stressful situation with my car accident. I will be returning to this location any time I need to rent a car.

Not once have they given me a standard vehicle as instructed. And when I swapped vehicles because I wanted a standard they gave me a vehicle with 22 miles to empty that was not a standard vehicle and they could care less.

Gousman provided excellent customer service. He gave me a ride from the dealer’s body shop to the Enterprise location, and was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted. If I need another rental, I know where to go.

My car needed body work and I was able to rent from Enterprise through my insurance. I worked with Kayla at the branch located at 15123 Frederick Rd, Rockville. She was amazing! Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and especially helpful when I needed to add my sister as a second driver. She jumped right in when it wasn't looking possible, and guided me through linking up my sister with my insurance information so she could also drive the rental. I hope that many other customers benefit from working with Kayla. Kudos to Travis who also worked at the branch. Both he and Kayla picked me up and dropped me off at the body shop. And Travis also had the rental cleaned before I took it.

Kennedy, the Manager, is insanely rude and lacks customer service. He was keen on proving me “wrong” and proving himself “right” when all I was trying to do was get clarification. He was not listening to what I was saying, rather being hasty and went as far as to say “I’m giving this conversation 5 more minutes before I move on to the next customer.” He was reiterating things he was saying to me in a condescending manner, as if I’m a child. If he’s the manager, Enterprise needs to look into him. He failed to give me crucial information that was on my file from the insurance company and rushed me to return the rental car, causing me a lot of inconveniences.

We had an auto insurance rental at this branch and were able to get a car covered by our insurance. They were good!

This place was absolutely amazing! From the location to the staff to the vehicle. For starters I came in late due to unexpected car issues and was still able to get a vehicle without reservations. Kayla assisted me and was very kind and professional. I was in and out and satisfied. Returning the car was even easier thanks to Randy. The entire staff gets 5 stars. Thank you to Kennedy and Charles as well. I know where to go from here on out if I need a rental. Be blessed

Everything was fine, but I did not appreciate the "Recovery fee" of $14. Was I charged because I was given the choice of returning the car either to Enterprise or Herson´s Honda.. No Recovery Fee was ever mentioned when I asked about the place of return.
