All the staff are really helpful, but I specifically want to thank Segun for his patience, help and accommodations. I am the type of person who has anxiety about everything, asks a million questions, and i am very specific about things. Segun helped me each time I had a question or concern. He helped me swap out my rental when I was unsatisfied, and also accommodated my requests with a positive attitude. It is nice to go somewhere and people help put your mind at ease.Thank you Segun and the Rockville team.

I had a 5-star experience at this location. Segun handled my paperwork and everything super efficiently. He then went out in the cold to warm up the car for me and did all the defrosting and windshield cleaning for me. His professionalism and dedication is top notch. He made me feel really warm in a super cold and snowy day. Many thanks.

Seamless rental experience. Folks were kind, knowledgeable and helpful I arrived 30 minutes early and was still out within 30 minutes. The checkout process was swift. I've rented a lot of cars in my years but I've never had a rental experience like this. I arrived frustrated because it is so far away from my home (but close to the body shop) and they made me so glad I chose this location. If I get service like this regularly, I'll always choose this location first!

I started out with a good experience on 11/13/23. I was given an “upgrade” rental (my insurance only covers $40 a day) at a discount as the only vehicle available was an SUV. Later in the week I discovered my car would not be finished at the body shop until 12/10. As I was paying $4.50 a day out of pocket I called Enterprise at the end of the week. When I spoke with someone they said they would have a sedan ready at 1PM on Monday the 20th and my insurance would cover the entire cost. When I arrived at 3:00PM Monday the pleasant employee told me they had no cars available and I would have to wait an hour for a car. This did not work with my schedule and I had to leave. I didn't have the time to wait and so I kept the SUV. I emailed customer service regarding the issue on 11/20/23 (it's very difficult to get ahold of someone at this branch via telephone) and was told I would receive a response. I have not heard anything as this review. The employees and my rental car have been nice but the disappointment in not being able to switch cars after I was told one would be available at a specified time is very frustrating.

In store representatives are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The car was just perfect. However, it is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, should you need to call. Impossible.

Back in September I had to use Enterprise for a rental service. Unfortunately, I had several issues with the locations in DC to the point where I decided to venture out of the city (in hopes of a glimpse of professionalism). I began to call around and the first location turned out to be this one. Immediately, Shogum answered and was extremely polite and thorough in setting me up with a rental. I made the haul up to Rockville confident- but a little worried based on the experiences from the previous two days. Thankfully, Shogum himself was in office when I arrived and worked to get me going. There was even a slight issue with the vehicle he reserved, but rather than turning me away, he made things happen- not only quickly but better than expected.This was the first moment in my ordeal that I knew things were going to work out. Shogum and his team’s professionalism really helped. I really miss great customer service and human decency living in the city; so this was a breath of fresh air. Now here’s the kicker:I enjoyed my rental so much that I sold the vehicle I owned and bought a vehicle almost identical to the rental- I’m talking same make and color haha! And baby…. I love it!!! LOL. Now THAT IS HOW YOU REPRESENT THE ENTERPRISE BRAND. Shogum and Team- I wish you all the best and speedy growth as you climb your professional ladders. I pray raises and promotions for all of you! And that’s my 2 cents!! ?

I asked for a non-smoking car multiple times. I was delivered a vehicle that stunk once you engaged the AC. There were non-smoking stickers affixed to the dash, but clearly the previous user didn't listen and the car was not adequately cleaned. Also, there was a used, dirty fork in the car door handle that was missed during cleaning. I would skip this place since they don't clean their cars.Update: Enterprise customer service reached out and apologized. They offered a refund and to coordinate a future rental with higher management. I am still displeased with the quality of the car, but customer service is trying to make it right. Changed from 1 to 3 stars due to customer service response.

The rental was ready quickly and not too expensive. The staff was polite and helpful. I am using a garage close by and they have a smooth working connection. Very good.
