Chad Freeman and this company is a Joke, they made a complete mockery of my daughter’s settlement and would not respond promptly to any of her questions.
They just took advantage of her since she was a first time home buyer and tied up her money in escrow.

I wouldn't recommended using this company, the lender (Ron) & processor (Nancy) didn't communicate properly wouldn't reply to any emails. Was given inaccurate information on closing cost (6) different amount. Our settlement was pushed back 6 days due to the lender not sending in all our paperwork. Leaving my family displaced their was NO apology for there neglected. Being a first time home buyer this was the worst experience in my life!

I cannot say enough about the value of working with Mehdi Pirzadeh. He goes above and beyond for clients to get them to the finish line. It is important for clients to understand the process and Mehdi explains that to them which ultimately leads to the purchase of their homes. Ted was patient and maintained constant communication with me during my first home buying experience. If he wasn't available, he made sure a colleague was in touch with us. He was also in constant communication with my realtor to make sure we all had all the information we needed and ran the numbers for several different scenarios to help me make a decision about putting in offers and coming up with a mortgage plan that fit my needs.
