Such poor workmanship. Cabinets not hung straight. When called back about a backsplash, the person from Elite said how do I know you didn't "abuse" your backsplash? I never heard such a term in that context. Use anyone but Elite. Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Steer clear. They are awful!

Working with Olcay, Mati & Serhiy at Elite Kitchens was an incredible experience! Olcay was incredibly helpful in putting my design dreams into reality in my townhouse renovation.The timeline estimate for completion was right on the mark as we finished the project with minimal to no issues along the way. Anything that did come up as handled right away and very professionally. Any and all subcontractors used showed up on time, were respectful and cleaned up after themselves as needed in the middle of the project.I would recommend Elite Kitchens to anyone looking to renovate their home and particularly if you’re looking for an incredible group of professionals that will accomplish exactly what you need in a timely manner.Services: Custom kitchen cabinet construction

Elite Kitchens did a great job on my kitchen back in 2009, but this review is really about the Leicht cabinets they sold me. It's been almost 12 years, and these laminate cabinets are just as good looking today as the day my kitchen was finished. They are easy to clean, and they don't get dinged up. Now that I'm looking to buy a new condo, I am seeing kitchens that were installed just 5 or so years ago that have dinged up wooden cabinet drawers and upper cabinets that are sticky from a few years of cooking -- a stickiness that won't be easy to scrub off without damaging the finish. It's just making me realize what great cabinets I have -- I'm really going to miss them if I move!

This company hires construction crews that are very unprofessional. They started demotion and construction before 7am, and continuous blasting loud music as if the quiet neighborhood is their marketplace. The company does not accept complaint phone calls, obviously does not care about their services.They might have told you that they started work after 7:30am. For the couple days of demolition work, they sure started their bulldozer at 6:45am, let it run for a few minutes, shut it off and waited until after 7am to start work. And they have been blasting their music at top volume these days. We are music lovers and have music on in our house constantly, but we don't put it at top volume and force our neighbors to listen to our music. We have seen many new homes constructed in our neighborhood through the years, but your crew is the most disrespectful group so far.

We used Elite to do a full remodel of our main living area, including kitchen, dining room and family room. Olcay, our talented designer, worked diligently and efficiently throughout the entire project to make sure we got what we wanted. The work crew was professional in all respects and demonstrated a high level of craftsmanship. We are very pleased with the result and feel it has added a great deal to the comfort and beauty of our home for now, and to the resale value for later.

We used Elite Kitchens for a complete kitchen remodel in our home and they did a wonderful job! Olcay from the design team was easy to work with and quickly came up with a design that the entire family liked. The construction process went well and, although slightly delayed, met all of our expectations. We would certainly recommend Elite to our friends.

If their drivers reflect their business at all then STAY AWAY. Saw a driver on 11/21/19 at 7:30 am almost run a woman into the side of the wall on 270 by Montrose. Other drivers were honking at him to stop maybe assuming he was texting and didn't see her however he replied by giving them the finger. Really Professional. Wow.

The professionals at Elite Kitchens handled a major residential renovation very well indeed, and their advice on design issues typically were spot-on. The on-site crew was unfailingly courteous, and they made an extra effort to clean up at day's end. We are very happy with the final result.

Horrible customer service, they don't back up their work. Very rude. Things were installed into the kitchen that weren't straight. Very poor workmanship including a gap was left between the oven and the counter so that food and crumbs could pile up in a tiny space. Save yourself a bundle and stay away!

I went to the Elite Kitchens showroom, because my husband and I want to remodel our kitchen. I met the designer who would come to my house. She did come by, took measurements and talked to me about what I wanted. I was told I'd hear from her in a couple weeks with a design. I never heard from her again. Very unprofessional, and not worth pursuing!
