“Hello ! I am Sean Hardman . I am rolling Out to find the best banks In all of the Rockville , Maryland Area of Montgomery County . as i come through the Rpockville area, I see this unique place. This is called PNC Bank . This place has a huge parkoing area surrounding rhe entire bank . It has only one front entrance facing the street to go into it . Inside has 6-8 Window tellers and Three management desks and the main office for the General managers that are made by appointments only . They used to have the Coffee and doughbuts there every frieday and saturdays But they stopped it months ago with no explanation ., When I thought it shpould make the customer feel more welcomeand at home there on its businest peeks . This place also has a Back Entrance too and a Empluee room and nabkk Vault tahis heavily with security . It has three drivethrough places on the left had side of the bank area for peope who do not go there that often to do business and are in a rush . The Window tellers and drive through tellers and managaement desks are The best Rockville ,Maryland has to offer you all there . They are Attentive , Prompt , Hard Working , Considerate , Helpful , Knowledgable , Engaging , Dedicated , Hospitable , And Freindly . I know thuings haven't been thesame in a evry long time because of the pandemic we all face in this day and agethat has put people on edge .Its Ruined Our Livelyhoods, Our freedoms , Our Civil Liberties , Bueinesses We Love To Do Business At And Have Fun At , It's Tuined our Ways Of Life , And Our Sanities . because we are all being run on Paranoia , Fear , Terror , Ignornace , and Hatred , And Division . But his is not who we are supposed to be . We are supposed to bea Land of Tolerance , OIpportunity , Freedom , Peace, Justice, and Good Wiill To Others . But sadly that is not the case . “The people in the branch are great. There are two outdoor ATMs. The one on the left has been out of service for months. It is the ATM that is closest and most convenient to me. I don’t understand why they can’t get a reliable ATM machine to help people not have to stand in long lines.”

“A good functional bank. It has all the required services. My only issue is that some of their employees are not very professional.
I had an appointment for my notary services and I took the appointment but later when I arrived on the proposed time, I was told that the officer had taken a leave. At least they should have shown some courtesy of informing me before my arrival.”
“I don't know too much about banking but I was a little disappointed. I was cash deposited on that point and tried wire transfer to another bank in another State. The banker told me that she can't do that right away because of the post status. I have to go back to that bank again once it is clear. Very disappointment.”
