I placed an order for same day. The online and phone tracker said the order was out for delivery for over three hours but when I called I could never get ahold of anyone. I left a voice message and no one called back. When the arrangement finally arrived, the fruit was old and starting to rot. I could have gone to the market and picked better fruit for much less.

The Chocolate Dipped Box of Unripened Strawberries for my wife's B-Day during the Christmas Holiday arrived rotted as well. They were so rotted the berries smelled when you opened the box, they weren't fresh as advertised... slimy and very mushy too! The green leafs were dry, black & wilted. All the berries were leaking a reddish rotted brown juice that spilled all over inside the box, that when mixed with the cardboard gave off a horrible odor... obviously these berries were left out or spent way too much time in the refrigerator to spoil before delivered. We opened them immediately when delivered. I took a bite and was appalled at the texture. So I called the store several times to no avail, left messages that were never returned... overall a very horrible and expensive experience. We tossed them... never again! UPDATE: Based on their response below I called the store to discuss as requested. Left a detailed message once again and again nothing, not a peep from them! I don't believe they really care. They're not really "sorry". Based on the older reviews they've been operating like this for years without attempting to rectify their problems! So like I said, never again! FYI: This store has nearly eighty (80) ONE-STAR ratings including agreeing thumbs on this listing alone! What more do you need?

I ordered an arrangement they charged my card and they called to tell me they cannot deliver no drivers. They blamed the site gave me a number to complain that was busy! Call first before you order!

They delivered a fruit & flower bouquet on Mother's Day, which has got to be one of the busiest days of the year for them. They communicated well & addressed my concerns promptly. As someone who lives across the country, I appreciate having a unique gift delivered to my parents with good quality & customer service. Definitely recommend and will continue using.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this shop. Tried to purchase chocolate covered strawberries for Mother’s Day. The strawberries were not fresh, and the strawberries were barely coated in chocolate. Upon complaining to the employee he said ‘they are under a lot of pressure to deliver so they cannot cover them fully in chocolate.’ Spoke to the manager, he didn’t care and said that’s what you get. We finally went to another location that cared about providing a quality product. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Please don't ever order from this edible arrangements. They took an order, charged extra for next day delivery. The next day all day the order status said the order is out for delivery and at 4pm they called and said they can't deliver. This was for valentines day too. Horrible horrible customer service!!!!

Ordered an "it's a boy" package from them, received balloons saying "welcome" instead. Called to ask about it, was forwarded to corporate, who responded with "policy states that balloons may vary", sorry but there's nothing we can do. My understanding was the font, size or color won't be exactly the same, not a totally different product. 10/10 won't trust them with important announcements again, very upsetting. At the very least a phone call from the store saying they're out of stock would have been expected. $100 wasted, and a very special moment ruined.

The WOOOOOOORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! This location in Rockville does not answer the phone, the customer service number does not have an idea when the order placed will be delivered even when there is a date requested!!! NEEEEEVER AGAIN!! YOU EDIBLE, ARE THE WORST to provide a good service, your delivery is NOOOOT GUARANTEED and definitely I WILL NOOOT recommend to any person who wants to surprise someone!! YOU WILL GET THE WORST EXPERIENCE if you don't understand my advice!! DO NOOOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EDIBLE AT NICHOLSON LN IN ROCKVILLE!! Believe me, you and your loved ones WILL BE MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED!!! and probably UPSET!The worst experience is here!! You are more than warned!!And of course, I will MANDATE to cancel and get my money back and compensation for the lack of commitment with the customer needs.EDIBLE you are the worst and deserve to go out of business!!

Have a Client "Foreva" for a healthy, cute fruit arrangements there is NO Other like Edible arrangements. Hopefully business will continue to defy challenging times and their different locations in MD & DC will keep on bringing Good, Delicious & Healthy choices

I loved the product but they are very dishonest with their billing.I sent out several of their arrangements in a six month period, only to find out that my credit card was charged and several of the arrangements never were sent. When I called them, after being told by a friend that shenever got one of them, they acknowledged they have no record of sending them out (3 different charges). They did acknowledge that they show the credit card charge. They would not take the charge off. They told meto dispute it with my credit card company. The credit card company took offonly the ones in the last 2 months. I would not ever order from a companythat does not assure you of sending out the product or refunding the money if they don't send it. Very dishonest practice!

Rushed to store before closing which is listed online and on their door that they are open for business from 9:00 am- 5:00pm. Got here at 4:29pm and door was closed and locked.Make sure to call before coming to this location and don’t waste your time like I did.

The delivery was fast and the person was so kind. My complaint is that the pineapples were inedible. Absolutely hard as a rock and very pale yellow, almost white. I thought it was an apple at first.
