I do not recommend anyone considers doing business at the expo. They damaged a brand new pair of 100% mulberry silk trousers by overtreating with solvents and disintegrating the fabric and refuse to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. They tried to put blame on manufacturer defect, want to keep the pants, but not refund me the value I paid for them. I do not want to give them my business anymore, as the owner Mr. Fred is an extremely rude person, that tells me to walk my pants to the store I bought them from to get the refund. I refused the store credit he offered and half the value he offered me for the pants because I can't repurchase anything made of silk for what he offered. Pants were brand new, worn for 2 hours at a Christmas function before they ruined them.I will not trust them with a single piece of clothing anymore, they botch the cleaning, they botched my alterations as well and I advise that you look elsewhere too.

Used to love this place. I was a regular from about 2015 until last week. Brought a brand new shirt for just a hand press. I brought two actually. Both white dress shirts. Once was fine, the other ended up with stains from the iron. They cleaned it for free to rectify the mistake. Then when I went to pick it up, it had new stains. Then again. Finally the fourth time, the cashier looks at me and goes "this time it isn't us, you've had this done four times". As if the shirt magically went somewhere else and got dirty. That was the worst then she could have said to me because it was literally brand new. I took it out of the packaging in the parking lot and we inspected it together when I dropped it off. It wasn't ruined but she could have just said "okay we'll try again" rather than telling me it's someone else's fault.Long story short - They were always convenient but never really great. I just dealt with it because this place is convenient and I liked the people. Anyway, it sucks because this place is super convenient and I loved using their services. Now I have to find a new drycleaner.

Cash only place with an ATM inside. Location is good, across from where White Flint Mall used to be before it was demolished.Truth in advertising is that the 2.99 each garment isno longer valid. That is good for shirts, not dresses or coats. Up charges for everything. It is expected that leather, bedspreads and formal gowns will be more, but was unexpected for the blazer, coat and simple shift dresses.Pay when you drop off your items. Pick up is always on time. The personnel are very kind!

I never want to knock a business, ive never previously had an issue here, I used to take all my clothes here pre-covid but I hope I can spare someone the headache and clear up some confusion. To begin with, the advertised price per garment (exceptions given to leather suede wedding dresses etc) isnt exactly accurate. For instance,, apparently now exceptions apply to coats also. It did not previously. Coats are $5.75 this isn't posted anywhere FYI.Secondly, the "in by 9 out by 5" DOES NOT apply to everyday. They told me "They do not clean on Tuesdays and Thursdays" ie you drop off something any time Monday after 9am, you will only get it back Wednesday after 5pm. So plan accordingly.

I wear white shirts for work, sometimes they have stains on them or makeup, which I always point out, but they never seemed to be very clean. But they pressed them anyways. So now I wash them before taking them in to be sure they are clean. Lots of my buttons have been ruined. But what decided I'm not coming back is the wrinkles pressed in to my collars. Every collar has large noticeable wrinkles in every shirt This looks so terrible.Services: Clothes pressing

This drycleaner ruined a new article of clothing by bleeding colors. They told me that my dress is "handwash only" after they dry cleaned and ruined it. It would've been useful to know that before. Note that the tag on the dress states "can be dry cleaned." When I confronted them about it, they made excuses and told me to return the dress to the store. Clearly, any store wouldn't take it back once the tag is off. Going forward, I will certainly NOT be coming back.

Wow I gotta say I’m very happy with this place! Been looking for a new dry-cleaner for a while and its been stressful finding a new place to trust my expensive and unique clothes with. I will definitely become a regular here. Observing them, they seem to have a very systematic and organized process. Their prices are reasonable. And my clothes came out perfect. I hope they can keep consistent. The staff was very friendly too. Im very happy with these people. Good job!

I have used them sparingly as they aren't consistent with their service. I only use them because they are conveniently located near me. They promise to have your dry cleaning ready by the afternoon but on Thursdays it is not the case. Not only did I not find out until after I paid but because I asked. They then told me my items would be ready the following day in the afternoon. I went there the next day and my items were still not ready. I also did not get a refund.

Incompetence and lack of integrity are the two attributes that define this place. I brought a cotton sweater in for dry cleaning that had a chocolate stain. This is such an easy stain to get out, that I had no concerns about what condition the garment would be in when I received it back. However, when I first came back to retrieve my garment, it was in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Dry clean expo said they would try again, but the second time they spread the stain across the front of the garment. I was furious because the stain should have been very easy to get out, and I was concerned that they set it. They claimed that they were not responsible because they didn't know what the stain was (they had not even asked) and were unwilling to share any details about how the sweater had been treated. They insisted on hanging on to my sweater so that the owner could take a look at it and call me. Needless to say, the owner never looked and never called. The third time I arrived to pick up this garment, I brought it home and treated it myself. It took less than 3 minutes for me to get the stain on myself. I'm relieved that their chemicals didn't permanently set it- but what an ordeal! This place can't be trusted.
